The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 128 m² flat in Saint-Marc-sur-Mer can accommodate up to 7 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it includes an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The flat is divided into 2 independent areas :
- A 45 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200), dressing area, TV and access to terrace
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 4: a single bed (90×190) and a study area
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Shower room with shower
- Two separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An overlooked 42 m² terrace with views of the forest, furniture and awnings to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Marc-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Saint-Nazaire 8 km away
- Nearest airport: Nantes-Atlantique 70 km away
