It has an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading to a furnished balcony overlooking Ouro Beach, perfect for relaxing.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

This apartment features a charming terrace, providing a delightful outdoor space. Additionally, a convenient grill is available, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining and gatherings.

Immerse yourself in relaxation with our hydromassage bathtub. This pampering amenity allows you to unwind after a long day with a soothing massage from strategically placed water jets.

Please note: To ensure a comfortable bathing experience, the house's overall hot water capacity may limit the hot water available for the hydromassage tub.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Av Náufragos - Hotel, is just a minutes walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 58-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
