Welcome to our family cabin, the Toasted Marshmallow! This farmhouse-style luxury cabin sits on nearly 1.25 acres and offers three king master suites, four full bathrooms, plus a loft with four twin bunk beds for the kids. A spacious breezeway connects the two sides of the cabin providing the perfect amount of privacy for families and friends traveling together. This cabin is perfect for 1-3 couples or families looking for a weekend getaway at nearby Broken Bow Lake. Conveniently located a short 5 minute drive from popular restaurants, wineries, and breweries!
Kitchen/Dining: Kitchen features a stove, double oven, Keurig Duo K-cup and drip coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools. Spacious kitchen island seats 6.
Living: Sofa, large sofa chair, ottoman, coffee table with dining table lift option, gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, arcade, full bathroom off the living area with walk-in shower, laundry closet.
Downstairs Master Bedroom #1 (main side of cabin, sleeps 2): King bed, 2 nightstands, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, private access to the breezeway.
Downstairs Master Bedroom #2 (across the breezeway, sleeps 2): King bed, 1 nightstand, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, private keypad access to room from breezeway.

General: Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior surveillance cameras. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 10 guests, no exceptions.

The Toasted Marshmallow earned a well deserved 5 stars. The bedrooms were beautiful. It is a nice touch to have a community bathroom in addition to the en suites. We loved having two bedrooms separated from the main cabin via the breezeway. We highly recommend the cabin and hope to return sometime.

We spent the majority of our time in the breezeway. Loved being able to enjoy the outdoor area rain or shine. Fully stocked kitchen and beautiful rooms. Hot tub was very nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

First time to Hochatown so we didn’t know what to expect. The cabin was a great home base and allowed us to chill out.

Overall, we had a great trip. We used most of the amenities, including the hot tub and fire pit, it has been ages since I roasted marshmallows. We spent the majority of our time on the breezeway patio, watching college football and enjoying each other’s company.
There were a few things wrong with the house but they are all easily fixed, such as lightbulbs being burn out, refrigerator like being out and fireplace is not igniting. Someone else mentioned the spiral staircase is very small and this is true, the last step into the living room from the spiral staircase is a significant drop off, and I actually rolled my ankle coming downstairs.
None of these things made it to where we would not run again, we are talking about coming back again next year.

We had a few things that needed addressed upon our arrival. I reached out to the concierge service listed in the house, although she was not the correct person to talk to she took it upon herself to make sure we were taken care of and even got involved herself to come to the house and leave a special basket of items for us to enjoy during our stay. Her communication was remarkable and so appreciated.
We enjoyed having the individual suites and the porch was very enjoyable.

Great cabin for a weekend getaway with friends. We enjoyed getting to fish in the pond that is a short walk from the cabin. We had a few minor hiccups, but the property manager and maintenance were quick to respond.

The roads in and out could use a little work. And or added to the description until fixed. One bedroom tv didn’t work and never got fixed during our stay. Other than that, the property was as advertised and excellent.

Had a wonderful time there. Very nice location, mostly clean (rugs needed cleaning in main living area and main house bedroom). We only had two complaints. We wished there was a dining table of sorts. Without one it was very difficult to play board games. Second the duvets needed washing. There was pet hair on them and it wasn’t very appealing to snuggle up to pet hair.

My family had the most relaxing long weekend. The floorplan of this property was perfect and provided everyone the opportunity to enjoy downtime. The hot tub and fire pit were fan faves for sure! Very clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back.

The toasted marshmallow was the perfect cabin for our family of 10. The kids loved the loft upstairs and the adults loved having separate suites. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed to cook our meals. We also loved the hot tub and the fireplaces!! The property manager communicated well! Overall was a great stay!

Such an awesome cabin with all the right amenities. We had such a great time at toasted marshmallow and the hosts were exceptional. Any questions were addressed near instantaneously. We will be back for sure.

The house was pretty and very clean however the spiral staircase to the loft was so small only a child could walk it properly also the house is at the top of an incredibly steep hill in which driving was scary and in my opinion dangerous. On our last night we lost power in 7 degree weather and when contacting the owner we were told there was not a single candle or flashlight in the home which was a disappointment.

As we drove up to the property we found the roads easy to navigate. Toasted Marshmallow was situated at the top of a hill and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. 2 of master bedrooms were located across the breezeway which offered good privacy and the master in the main house was great for the grandparents as well as the loft for the kids.Only thing to be mindful of is that the main house can get pretty warm which makes the loft warmer.All in all a fantastic stay over Christmas for all 3 families and something we would definitely do again.Missy also mention that they were extremely pet friendly and there was lots of space for the pups to run.

We really enjoy this cabin. Everything was as said. Only thing comforters didn't smell clean but other than that place was clean. The k cup machine wasn't working properly but we had brought instant coffee so thay was not an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was amazing inside and out. The host was responsive to our questions. We had a great time staying at the cabin, jacuzzi and fire pit. The view around the cabin was great as well with the tall pine trees. It was a bit disappointing that there was no gas provided for the grill, but that was due to some new law in OK. The cabin was fantastic regardless.

Our group had a great time at this cabin! There was lots of space for relaxing and for smaller groups to break off and have privacy. The outdoor seating area with the tv was great so the kids could watch what they want either inside or out and adults could talk without disturbing them. Plus it was nice eating meals out there! Also, if your traveling with multiple families/couples it’s great having all the bathrooms! Only downside was the burn ban but that was out of our control! Overall, we loved this cabin and all it offered

The Toasted Marshmallow was a very clean house, with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of cooking utensils and dishes, and new appliances. The bathrooms were also spotless and stocked with enough towels, washcloths and shampoo, etc. Beds were very comfortable. The outdoor areas were wonderful with the open porch, hot tub, and fire pit area. The night sky was gorgeous. Check-in was simple and the hosts provided thorough driving directions. We totally enjoyed our stay in Hochatown and hope to make it back there in the future.

Beautiful property! Would 1000% come back to this place! Definitely a huge plus how all 3 master bedrooms are actually separate, so everyone has there own privacy. Perfect for 3 couples to stay. Love that it is pet friendly as well!
A little bit of a hill on a gravel road getting in and out of driveway, but not too bad for boat parking.
