Great location for Watford junction station as we used it to get to Wembley am stadium and just a mile or so to the high street

Great location and facilities. Attached to Holiday Inn so you can use their facilities.

The room was unbearably hot. I complained to reception 3 times, I ended up with 4 fans trying to cool it down - ridiculous. They said they have numerous complaints about heat.

The apartment is well located to get into London and the first thing I noticed that it was very clean. It has all facilities you’d need from dishwasher tablets, pots, pans to shampoo etc in the bathroom. The staff were accommodating, friendly and fast to respond to any queries I sent prior to our stay. We had a great stay, it was quiet with no noise issues and the bed was massive and very comfortable. We had breakfast at the adjoined holiday inn one of the days and that was great too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The stay was lovely. Staff really nice and helpful especially in the holiday Inn which is attached to the property. The room was spacious and spotless. Beds were comfortable. Right next to Watford junction

Some of the appliances had seen better days - kettle lid didn’t close properly, the bin wouldn’t open the way it should.

It was way too hot. The wrong date was booked and had to re book the correct date and the manger said he would refund me for the wrong date. I didn’t receive a refund and no one is getting back to me and can’t get in contact with them. Would not stay here again, terrible customer service.
