Welcome to our Airbnb nestled in a highly selective neighborhood in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. With only 10 houses on a gated street, and positioned at the end of a quiet dead-end, this serene retreat offers the utmost privacy and tranquility for your vacation. Our rental is a beautiful duplex house, and you will have the pleasure of renting the lower level. Relax and unwind in this serene retreat, surrounded by scenic views and blissful ambiance.
1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only, and must properly dispose of cigarette butts.
2. No Parties or Events: Our property maintains a quiet and peaceful ambiance, therefore parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors.
3. No Extra Guests: Only the number of guests listed at the time of booking are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional guests must obtain permission in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
4. Respect Quiet Hours: Out of consideration for other guests and neighbors, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.
5. No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the property. If you require accommodation for a service animal, please inform us prior to your arrival.
6. Keep the Property Clean: Kindly maintain cleanliness and tidiness during your stay. Please clean up after yourself and leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
7. Property Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage or breakages caused during their stay. Please report any incidents immediately and we will work together to resolve it.
8. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability.
9. Parking: Guests are responsible for finding and securing their own parking. Please follow any specific parking instructions provided in the listing.
