Walk or bike everywhere when you stay at our centrally-located and pet-friendly single-story home! We offer two Queen bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting living room for lounging. Walking distance to the beach, Safeway, restaurants, bars, and more! Plenty of trees for afternoon shade but enough natural light for sunbathing on the deck and furniture to seat 12. A fenced-in yard is perfect to chase your furry friends so please bring them!

- Plenty of space for games or relaxing
- Massive Fully Fenced Yard big enough to play fetch with your fur babies!

Location:
- 0.4 miles to the Lake & Bike Path that runs across the entire town (very easy to bike everywhere)
- 0.5 miles to the recreation center, ice skating rink, bowling alley, restaurants, bars, Safeway, shopping and more!
- 0.6 miles to Lake View Commons and the summer concerts at Live at Lakeview (Thursday nights - free)
- 0.6 miles to El Dorado Beach equipped with BBQ's
- 0.8 miles to Timber Cove Beach/Marina & Tiki Bar (dog friendly beach)
- 2 miles to the Heavenly Village
- 2.3 miles to the Casinos

You will have 100% access to the entire home and fully fenced yard!

HOUSE RULES: No parties, No Smoking, max occupancy of 4 persons strictly enforced, parking for no more than 2 vehicles, parking is only on the paved spots in front of the home. Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am are strictly enforced. The home is in a quiet neighborhood so please enjoy Tahoe while respecting our neighbors.

We do not have a washer and dryer but there is a laundry facility less than a mile away!

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Tahoe only two miles from the Heavenly Village and less than a mile to the lake! There is a full sized grocery store (Safeway), restaurants, bars, fun activates and shopping all within a mile. A two mile drive (or $15-20 uber ride) will find you to the Casinos, Gondola, and Heavenly Village where all the action is! You will find shopping, dining, and activity recommendations in the house manual upon arrival.

We provide linens, towels, and at least a week's worth of starter supplies to get you going. Starter Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, tissues, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge, laundry detergent, and more!

Mid-stay cleaning and supply refresh service is available for an additional fee.

***** Noise & Hot Tub Use Ordinance *****
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (County Ordinance).
Regulations During Quiet Hours:
- HOT TUB USE IS FORBIDDEN DURING QUIET HOURS.
- No loud music or excessive noise.
- Occupancy, hot tub use, and noise are closely monitored and regulated.
- Non-compliance may result in a $1,000 fine.


During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.

A $100 cancellation fee applies and is non-refundable.
Please refer to your welcome letter that will be sent to your Airbnb inbox the day prior to your arrival
