This is a peaceful oasis that is centrally-located to everything you need by foot including multiple Subway lines. Central Park, Riverside Park, The Metropolitan Opera are all walking distance from the apartment, not to mention the myriad of delectable restaurants and cafes nearby. I have rented my apartment for the last two years on other platforms with 5-star reviews across the board. Guests have loved my unique space so much that they have returned multiple times and referred their friends and family.

- The space can comfortably accommodate two adults
- Check-in time is 3pm, Check-out time is 11am
- Brand-name soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner will be provided

- Kitchen essentials including salt, pepper, seasoning, cooking oil, pots, pans, plates and utensils will be provided
- Complimentary teas with electric kettle and basic coffee machine included in addition to Vitamix blender
- Workplace area with desk and chair includes monitor, webcam, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse
- There is a paid parking garage in the building, as well as available street parking
- There is a paid laundry room on each floor of the building, and I am happy to provide detergent
