The hotel andd staff was nice and didnt have time to get into the jacuzzi and unfortunately their was no breakfast options but that was only complaint

great location, clean rooms, really appreciate the policy to reserve the pool for use, that was an unexpected bonus. Didn't appreciate being told there would be a $20 fee for checking in 90 minutes early.

It is outdated but the issue was the torn furniture, stained furniture, and dirty carpet

The workers were very friendly and helpful. I loved that the pool was open for family reservations and we took full advantage of that.

The location was perfect and made it easy to get to the store, gas station and Mexican Restaurant right next door.

Comfort Inn front desk staff indicated that Hotels.com cancelled our reservation (both of them) and wouldn't check us in. While waiting, one front-desk staff member had to go address a homeless lady reportedly sleeping in the first-floor hallway (who had just asked another guest to use their microwave). Meanwhile, other front-desk staff disappeared with my ID/License and wouldn't come out from back office for 7 minutes (I have video), despite me saying I wanted it back and to leave. I didn't want to stay there anymore. She had left 8 people in the small lobby waiting to check in during COVID. Will not ever book at Comfort Inn again.

The noise stopped for a little while. Instead of wanting to complain more, I asked to be moved to another room in a quieter part of the building. Due to Covid rules, I was not allowed to change rooms. So, I opted to check out with no resistance from the staff. It appears as this hotel is operated by a franchisee and maintenance is an issue. I guess they are doing the best they can. But, peeling wallpaper, a shower head being held up with rubber bands and some mildew didn’t make a good impression. If it hadn’t been for the noisy guests and inability to change rooms, I could have overlooked the aesthetic deficiencies and stayed.

There was many problems at check in.... The carpet on the room had spots pulled up and I cut my foot on it.... The key cards didn't work 80% of the time and I spent a lot of time locked out of my room trying to get in. They tried to charge me twice for the room... Over all only good thing about the room was the jacuzzi tub in the room

I had a room that has issues at first but when I brought it to their attention I was promptly moved and that room was taken out of service

Our stay was lovely and very comfortable. We could not ask for.better, not with this so-called virus that is out now. However, we sure did miss the breakfast that we as guest would have gotten to enjoy if the covid-19 wasn't in Existence. Unfortunately the swimming pool and hot tub wasn't open to the guest either but, fortunately we rented a one night stay with a jetted tub in the room. So really we got to enjoy the night the way we wanted and the delivery service was prompt and the food was still warm. The knyou Kyle for all your wonderful help you offered to my husband and I. We have needed a get away night and it was worth it. Thank you so much, looking forward to spending the nights in the future with this particular hotel since this is my husbands favorite hotel yet. The keys would only work every 12th time you tried them. The shower curtain had no unripped rings to it. Poorly taken care of place. Bed was nice but the rest was not good.
