This cozy, well-equipped cabin spans two levels and features vaulted ceilings that soar over the great room. A wall of large windows at the front of the home provides excellent lighting and stunning views year-round. On clear days, you can even catch a glimpse of the crystal blue waters of Tahoe through the trees.
Two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs offer ample privacy for various group configurations, all within a compact layout. The loft above the great room adds to this, providing a secondary dining and living space.
Perfect for all seasons, this cabin shines in both winter and summer. In winter, enjoy the warmth and comfort of the great room after a day on the slopes. In summer, take in the scenic beauty from the deck or relax in the private hot tub. Additionally, this pet-friendly home welcomes your furry friends, making it an ideal retreat any time of the year.

The entire community resides on the lake side of the main highway, making it the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. With a number of homes in our portfolio located within an easy walk of one another, this is the perfect place for a multi-family getaway.
In the summer, Dollar Point can't be beat. For those seeking adventure, hop on the bike path that exits the community and follow the Truckee River north, or visit Tahoe City, home to everything from home grown coffee shops to lakefront fine dining, all just minutes away.
In the winter, Dollar Point offers central access to almost all of North Lake Tahoe's premier ski areas. Palisades Tahoe (formally known as Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows), Northstar and Homewood are all just a 20-minute drive from your Dollar Point home.

3. Parking for 3 vehicles. No garage at this home, but there is one covered parking space. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
