Ladybird Blue is a luxe 3-story home perched on an expansive inlet of Lake LBJ w/direct water access just 1 hr from Austin. The 2024-build sleeps 17 guests and features panoramic west/sunset views from the 2nd balcony and the lower level patio w/infinity-edge pool/hot tub, hi-top bar and fireplace nook. Property boasts a well-appointed Chef's kitchen,coffee bar, xbox, Roku TVs,board games, outdoor kitchen/grill/mini fridge, kayaks, life vests and more! Day trip to nearby Marble Falls/Kingsland!
The cities of Kingsland, Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls are just a few miles from the house. Day trips to Fredricksburg, Spicewood, Lago Vista, Lakeway, Enchated Rock, Austin and Johnson City offer lots of options for visiting wineries, breweries, antique shops, hiking trails, shopping, water sports and more!
Guests will have access to the whole main house, private pool (can be heated for additional fee), hot tub (heating complimentary), dock and grassy knoll (boat rentals available nearby). There are bumpers and ties for your boat at the dock.
(2) single, adult-size kayaks and (1) child-size kayak are available for use during your stay. The waterfront is in a low wake area. Swim and kayak at your own risk.

Floor 1:
Entry lobby with attached 2-car garage w/ EV charger, fully stocked laundry room with (1) stackable washer/dryer and (1) large-capacity, side-by-side washer/dryer set. Pool patio entrance with safety chimes that ring on the second and third floors. Staircase to second floor, pool patio entrance.
Pool/Spa Patio:
Multi-level patio with (2) Sun shelf lounge chairs, west-facing hi-top bar and counter seating, gas fireplace nook with patio furniture and flatscreen Roku TV. Full pool bathroom with walk-in shower includes liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner, adult and kid beach towels. Storage closet w/ (3) kayaks, adult/child life jackets, pool noodles and lake floats. Outdoor kitchen featuring grill, sink, and beverage fridge. Safety measures include pool deck fence, and chime alerts are entry.
Floor 2:
Open-concept entertaining space with Chef's kitchen, eat-in banquette dining, formal dining table for (10) guests, island with counter seating, stocked coffee bar, HUGE couch, and 62in flatscreen Roku TV.
Floor 3:
Open-concept game room with couch and beanbag chairs. Entertainment amenities include: pac-man arcade game, fooseball table, game/puzzle table, board games for all ages, xbox console, Roku TV (access your streaming services from home). Four single bunk beds, picture window with black out shade, ceiling fan, and vaulted ceiling.
Private office space furnished with a desk, monitor, and chaise lounge.
Bunkroom sleeps (7) guests in (5) twin beds and (1) double. Includes blackout shades on all windows.
Full, shared bathroom with tub/shower combo, and dual vanity.
King bedroom with storage bench, standalone wardrobe rack, Roku TV
(2) identical-size, Queen bed/bath primary suites with walk-in showers and dual vanities. Both Primary rooms have lake views, Roku TVs, and wardrobe storage.

A start-up supply of ground coffee, K-cups, flavor syrups, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and dish detergent pods will be provided. The Chef's kitchen is stocked with hex-clad pots/pans, baking pans, and food storage containers. A commercial-grade ice maker is in the island and there is a beverage fridge in the outdoor kitchen. There is a supply cupboard with common spices. Bath towels, beach towels, hair dryers and bed linens are provided. Adult and child-size life jackets are stored in the pool-level closet for guest use. The guest is responsible for any additional needs.
There is an HEB grocery store a 15-minute drive away in Marble Falls. Download the HEB Curbside app for grocery pick-up or use Instacart for grocery delivery. HEB also has in-house True Texas BBQ and prepared meals that can be delivered using the Favor app.
For other items you may have left at home, there is a Wal-Mart at 2700 US-281 in Marble Falls. They will deliver or you can order ahead for pick-up. There is also a CVS pharmacy at 302 Gateway N, Marble Falls.
Note: we have a ring doorbell camera that records the coming and going of all visitors.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be asked to purchase a damage waiver via third party provider Superhog ($35), which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay.
