room was clean

DO NOT STAY HERE! owner was aggressive and demanding. we arrived at the airport at 3pm. then told we could not check in until 7:15pm. we waited in a restaurant with all our luggage. we left at 7:30pm to walk to the property. owner messaged us to ask why we were late and that he would only wait another 10 mins. we arrived. lots of stairs with heavy luggage. then told we had to pay 16 euros cash as city tax. i had no change so said I would pay the next day. was then messaged by Pier the owner who told us to leave the property. said i was rude and threatened to send the police around to demand the 16 euros. bizarre experience. we were genuinely worried the police would come. asked booking.com to help. they tried to find alternative accommodation. worst booking.com experience ever in staying in over 100 properties.

The location is excellent. Only a short walk to the main square and the train station is only a 15 min bus ride away. The property is spacious, air conditioned and has an exceptional shower.

There are a lot of stairs to reach the property and there is no lift. This is excepted in an older property but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect location near to every place of interest. simultaneously calm with out noise and safe location. High level of cleaning. Vary spacious room with amazing bathroom with sauna and hamam! This was really special and unprecedented!! The girl who welcomed us was very kind and helpful and she has cleaned perfectly the room!! the bed was really big and comfortable! they provided us nespresso capsules biscuits and chips which was really nice move and very helpful for our mornings and for a snack in the middle of the day. good job! thank you!!

The apartment is very spacious and looks like it’s from a fairy tale. gorgeous ceiling, beautiful furniture. The kitchen has everything I needed and the bathroom is large and modern. The location was perfect and the view from the bedroom window is beautiful, overlooking an old cathedral. Pier was very helpful, communicative and accommodating. I will stay there again on a future trip to Bologna.

This didn’t bother me but renters need to know that it’s on the 4th floor, no elevator. The stairs are wide and comfortable.

Great location and much bigger than it appears in the photos. Full equipped kitchen to use. Modern and clean bathroom. Great view from the bedroom and interesting set up as the apartment seemed to be in an old convent or school.

Noisy if you don't have the windows closed. The place tended to rattle a bit whenever a bus or truck went by. Also anytime someone moved upstairs, pieces of the ceiling would fall.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the city centre. Big apartment, generous space. Nice view of the church from the room.

The room was very noisy, located directly above the quite busy street. Air conditioning was a bit old and wasn’t functioning properly.

Spacious, centrally located, good air-conditioning. A lovely living room!

The renter is very rigid about the arrival time. Made me wait for the apartment to be cleaned well after the check-in time. Be prepaired to climb four flights of steep stairs with your luggage. No elevator. No one to call taxi. Washing machine instructions not provided: I had an issue with getting the door opened after a wash. No normal wardrobe. The desk is not usable for work.
