The kitchen opens onto the garden and terrace. On this level, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The upper floor has two rooms, each with one French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with one bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) and one French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). This floor also has a balcony, and there is a large office space.
