The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and a large TV.

The dining area offers a table that seats up to six guests and opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The toilet is separate.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The house is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Note: There's a camera in the courtyard, focused only on the gate. You will only have access to the main floor (no access to the second or ground floor). The ground floor is also rented. Your entrance is independent of the other tenants.

Aubervilliers has a heritage as ancient as it is attractive! Notre-Dame-des-Vertus is certainly the most beautiful site in the whole town: located in the heart of the old center, its stained glass windows reveal the various miracles that have taken place in the church.

Lovers of green spaces will greatly appreciate Place Stalingrad and the activities it offers, or a stroll along the Saint-Denis canal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Fort d'Aubervilliers (line 7), is just an 11-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
