Book for fall colors! This one-of-a-kind historic property is located on 5 acres of private land, close to NYC and other Catskills villages. Fully renovated, the property boasts modern kitchen and bathroom fixtures while remaining true to the home's original 1912 architecture. With 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and over 1,000 sqft of wrap around porch, our home is the perfect place to escape the city and enjoy all the Catskills have to offer. THE SPACE
Company House is a recently renovated 5,000 sqft historic home in the Catskills. Upgrades include newly updated septic, plumbing, electric, roofing, appliances and finishing. The result is a beautiful restoration of this 1912 estate, mixing modern comforts with original post-Victorian charm. Company House offers a truly one of a kind experience where nature meets craftsmanship in this hidden gem of the Catskills. This home is on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Stepping inside, you’ll fall in love with the rich historic detail. The house is an intricate maze of rooms spanning 3.5 stories, each clad with gorgeous wood paneling and original brass hardware. A three-sided wrap around porch and recently added sun deck offer plenty of space to meditate in nature or relax with family and friends.
Just a short drive from New York City, Company House offers convenience and escape. Enjoy 5+ private acres* with mature maple trees and hydrangea, walking paths and multiple side yards and clearings. *2.5 acres cleared, 3 wooded
The recently updated kitchen features a brand new dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, double Viking oven, separate pantry and plenty of storage well-stocked for dinner parties and holidays. Guests have access to a large smokeless fire pit outside and an auto-feeding pellet stove in the living room. *PLEASE NOTE* While we sleep up to 14, our pricing shown is for up to 10 people. Groups with more than 10 should expect a $50/person per night upcharge to cover additional cleaning and operational costs.

**All bedrooms have multiple closets except for Bedroom 2, which has a dresser and clothing rack in lieu of a closet

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the basement, out buildings, crawl spaces, and a few closets locked for owner’s use.
Though we are situated near a lake, guests are by no means permitted to access the lake’s shorelines or boat launches. This is a private lake we do not own rights to, lake usage is a strictly monitored by locals and neighbors. Please enjoy nearby public swimming holes and lakes in the area such as Mountaindale Park Pool, a short 15 minute drive away!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that the house is only safe for toddlers under continuous direct supervision.
Responsibly-aged children should be monitored. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safe behavior on the decks and the property.
