Welcome to the Strasse Ski Chalet - a grand 3 bed 3 bath chalet, sleeping 8, located just 8 minutes from Attitash Mountain. It is perfectly located just minutes from skiing, shopping, restaurants, hiking and more. It has a stunning great room with a 65" Smart TV, fireplace, and mountain views. North Conway is just 15 minutes away and Wildcat Mountain is 20 minutes away! After a day on the slopes, relax in the great room or hot tub with friends and family!

Bartlett is just a 10-15 minute drive from North Conway, a bustling town known for tax-free outlet shopping, restaurants, the Conway Scenic Railroad, and plentiful outdoor activities. This area offers year round activities ranging from, alpine skiing, leaf peeping, hiking, to ziplining at one of the many nearby ski resorts! With its strong mountain and community spirit, Bartlett, NH is sure to deliver on a classic New England experience!
Getting Around:
10 minute drive to nearby restaurants and shops located in downtown North Conway. Less than 5 minutes to a grocery store, and less than 10 minutes to nearby pharmacy.
Other Things to Note:
We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the driveway. There is another Ring Doorbell Camera located at the back entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure.
You must at least be 25 years old to book.
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. Please do not move any furniture from one room to another without agreeing to it with us first. Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. We have wonderful neighbors and it’s very important that all guests be respectful of them as well as other residents. Absolutely no house parties and or live music. Do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper! No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside the home. Please always use bathroom vents when showering and stove fan when cooking. Clean dryer vent after every use. No candles. You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. Please be considerate of the house and furniture. If you damage furniture or any items in the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage or replacement. Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand where possible. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. - Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. Please be very respectful of our neighbors; please no loud music at any part of the day. No more than maximum cars or guests are allowed in the home. No fireworks. No defacing of property. We kindly ask all guests, upon confirmation of their reservation, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Have fun!
