This original but charmingly renovated 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath freestanding home features bright, spacious interiors that fill with natural light from large windows, creating a welcoming ambiance. Accommodating one king bedroom, three queen bedrooms, and a fifth room with two king singles, everyone will find comfort. The expansive backyard boasts stunning waterfront views, ideal for relaxing or hosting outdoor gatherings, complete with an undercover deck for alfresco dining and a BBQ. Watch sunsets from the private upstairs balcony. - Pontoon access will be approved on request only; the backyard fence gate that leads to pontoon on the water is locked.
