The kids suite upstairs is a delightful haven featuring a half bath, ping pong table, Smart TV, X-Box Gaming System, Nintendo Switch Gaming System and 8 beds, making it a fun private retreat for the little ones and teens.

Outdoor Bliss: Step outside to your private dock, where you can swim, fish, float, lounge or simply soak in the breathtaking views of the lake. Fire up the propane grill or Traeger Smoker for a family barbecue while the sun sets over the water. You can tie your boats and jet skis off on the cleats. The nearest boat ramp access will be Twin Bridges Marina. Boat & Jet-Ski rentals are a short drive away.

Also equipped with a separate built-in ice maker and bi-temperature wine cooler to keep the party going. 

Outdoor Toys: two Kayaks, two Stand-up Paddleboards, multiple lifejackets, multiple floating seat lounge chairs and fishing poles are all included. For a $200 fee, we can also provide a commercial-grade water trampoline (placed/weighted in the water for your entire stay) and a 20-ft floating Lily Pad for unforgettable enjoyment and timeless pictures.

Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offers various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Walmart in Eatonton near 15 minutes away and a Kroger in Milledgeville approx. 20 minutes away from the property. Twin Bridges Marina is a 10 minute drive to access the boat ramp.
