Welcome to your dream San Diego vacation home, where breathtaking views of Pacific Beach, Sail Bay, SeaWorld, & Downtown San Diego await! This luxurious approx 4,000 sq ft. waterfront house offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. The home was just completely remodeled in Fall 2024.
The front patio features a large HOT-TUB/SPA, a natural gas FIRE-TABLE, & ample seating with views of Mission Bay, sand, sailboats, paddle-boarders, the boardwalk, & the sunset.
Inside, the open concept family room has comfortable sofas, a big-screen TV, a natural gas FIREPLACE, contemporary decor, & a FOOSBALL table. Generous windows provide natural light & create indoor/outdoor living. Next, the fully equipped kitchen features a commercial-style gas range, French door fridge with ice-maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, food processor, kettle, dishes, glasses, silverware, both Keurig & standard coffee makers, dishwasher, & basic spices. It will be stocked with garbage bags & 2 rolls of paper towels. There is laundry closet with a full sized washer/dryer, iron, & vacuum. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large dining room. The kitchen & dining room both open directly to the backyard, which includes a natural gas BBQ, an outdoor dining table (seating for 8), a turf area for lounging & soaking up the sun & two comfy seats in the shade. The 1st floor also features a bedroom suite with a queen bed & en-suite bathroom, with access to the front patio & HOT-TUB.
Upstairs, a spacious primary bedroom suite has a king bed, seating to enjoy the view or read, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, & a sofa-bed (full size mattress). This bedroom has 2 balconies, giving you a 270-degree view of the bay, downtown lights, boats, Ingraham St. bridge, Point Loma & the natural surroundings. The upper floor has 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a desk overlooking the entryway & access to the upper front balcony with bay views. Another features its own private balcony with views of the backyard & La Jolla hills. Each of the 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms will have the linens & blankets for the bed, a dresser, & spacious closet. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, and will be stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper. 12 bath towels, and 12 beach towels are provided.

Whether you're dining on the patio or at the outdoor FIRETABLE, playing FOOSBALL or board games, enjoying captivating views, or lounging in the sun, this space has it all!
Across the street is stair access to Mission Bay's famous Bayside Walk boardwalk, where you can play in the sand, swim in Mission Bay, or enjoy miles of walking paths through Sail Bay, Riviera Beach, Ski Beach, Crown Point Park, Fiesta Bay, the Catamaran Hotel, Bahia Hotel, & Belmont Park. You can rent boats & other water sports equipment at the nearby Action Sports Rentals or the Mission Bay Aquatic Center. Enjoy a day at nearby Pacific Beach or Mission Beach, swimming in the ocean waves. This home is centrally located near many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping malls, SeaWorld, & Costco. The airport, Coronado, & downtown San Diego are about a 10-minute drive away. Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, & La Jolla beaches are only a 5-10 minute drive or can be accessed by a 30 to 45 minute walk.

These times are strictly enforced. Early check-in or late check-out can be pre-arranged for a fee of $300 if available. Please do not enter the property before the designated check-in time, as this will disrupt cleaning services & may incur a fee. Renters & guests must follow the provided check-out procedures.
NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO EXCESSIVE NOISE:
This property is surrounded by homes occupied by owners. While we understand that the Renter & Guests are on vacation, it’s important to remember that the surrounding homeowners are not. We require all Renters & Guests to exhibit behavior that aligns with the tranquil atmosphere of the neighborhood.
The property has a zero-tolerance policy for loud music, parties, drinking games (e.g., beer pong), or excessive noise at any time. This includes daytime disturbances such as yelling or loud conversations. Violating these rules can lead to immediate eviction without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse occupancy if we suspect a house party.
Music that can be heard beyond the property line is strictly prohibited. San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 prohibits any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rental property.
QUIET HOURS: Strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM, per city ordinance. During these hours, even normal conversations must take place indoors.
Per California Penal Code 415.2 & San Diego Municipal Code 51.1004, repeated noise violations may result in fines of up to $1,000 for both property owners & Renters. Renters will be held liable for any noise violation fines incurred due to their excessive noise. Noise disruptions may also result in immediate eviction, with no entitlement to a refund.
Homeowners throughout San Diego are working to protect their rights, & your cooperation is vital in maintaining this rental. If the actions of the Renter & their Guests threaten our ability to rent, we reserve the right to evict & retain rental fees & security deposits. We will report violations to rental platforms & may pursue legal action if behavior jeopardizes our rental permits.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL:
The use of illegal drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant, or Visitor is strictly prohibited. The consumption of alcohol by anyone under 21 years of age is also prohibited.
NO SMOKING POLICY:
This is a non-smoking property, both inside & outdoors. Any violation of this rule will incur a fee of $800, plus any costs associated with removing smoke odor &/or damage. This policy includes all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cocaine, incense, vaping, sage, & smudging. While marijuana is legal in California, it is NOT PERMITTED on this property.
NO PETS POLICY:
Pets are not allowed on the property (including cats, dogs, etc.), even with visiting guests.
CAMERAS, MONITORING, ENFORCEMENT:
The property is subject to exterior monitoring by our staff & the homeowner. There are four exterior cameras (one on each side of the home) & two doorbell cameras. If Renters are found causing disturbances, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately, without a refund.
OCCUPANCY RULES:
The maximum occupancy for this property is 12 guests total, including the primary renter & any children. Only the primary renter & guests listed in the reservation may be present—no visitors allowed.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old & all guests must also be 25 or older, with children traveling with their parents being the only exception. The primary renter must be present during check-in & the duration of the stay.
NO SUBLETTING:
Renters may not sublet or transfer their reservation or allow anyone else to occupy the property without prior written approval. Violating this rule may result in cancellation or eviction without a refund.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Renters & their Guests are expected to leave the property in good condition. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive cleaning, which includes overflowing trash, carpet, upholstery steam cleaning, & damages to linens (such as sheets, blankets & comforters due to tearing, bleeding, or other bodily fluids), broken glass, damage to walls/floors/ceilings, broken/damaged appliances, etc. Renters will incur full replacement value charges for any such damages. If excessive cleaning is necessary, Renters will be charged $120 per hour or actual costs, whichever is greater.
CLEANING SERVICE:
Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate but can be pre-arranged for an additional fee.
STORM/HURRICANE/PANDEMIC POLICY:
Mandatory evacuations by state or federal authorities will qualify for a refund. Refunds will only be issued for specific areas & dates requiring evacuation. “Shelter in place” orders do not qualify. Government-issued travel bans will result in a credit toward a future stay within one year of the original stay date.
COMPLIANCE WITH CITY ORDINANCE/STATE LAW:
Renters & all Guests must adhere to all city & state ordinances, including noise, parking, & occupancy restrictions.
BREACH OF CONTRACT:
The owner reserves the right to terminate this agreement & regain possession if: (a) the Renter or guests threaten or inflict personal injury upon the owner or other guests; (b) the Renter or guests intentionally damage the property; (c) the Renter vacates the premises & someone else occupies it in violation of the no subletting policy; (d) the Renter or guests engage in excessively outrageous behavior; (e) the Renter or guests knowingly violate any policies, rules, or regulations; (f) the premises are used for purposes other than a vacation rental.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS:
Any reservation made under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of advance payments, deposits, & rental fees, & the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS:
Any exceptions to these policies must be approved in writing in advance.
NOTE: Renters & Guests will have exclusive use of the house, patios & backyard. The property has a detached garage with a separately rented apartment above it, which Renters and their Guests will not have any access to.
