The ocean views are stunning from any point in the house, but the real gem is the private beach access. The deck of Bahama Tease has stairs the land directly on the sand. No walking to and from the beach because the beach is right there.

The lower level features a beautifully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. Just steps away, the dining area offers breathtaking ocean vistas that continue into the spacious living area, providing dinner with a view. A luxurious king master bedroom with an ensuite bath invites you to relax.

Upstairs, more ocean views greet you from two of the elegantly appointed bedrooms, including a king and queen room. You'll find two additional full baths in the hallway, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The remaining bedrooms cater to every need, from a room with both a queen and twin bed to a bunk room that sleeps several guests comfortably. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
