🏡 The space

Bring the whole family and friends to this great place with lots of room for fun! This villa offers two levels with a huge yard.

👉 First Level:

On the first level, you will find a nice-sized bar and a gaming room with a football table, billiards, darts, and a ping-pong table. This room converts into a hall where you can set up tables and chairs, which we can provide for your events.

The first floor has two half bathrooms, a kitchen and a laundry room. As you walk outside, you will find yourself in a mini oasis in the middle of the city equipped with an underground pool that is 8 ft deep. This pool features a diving board, a small jacuzzi and a water slide. We also have an outdoor lounge where you can hang out, have a picnic, and take pictures in the beautiful landscaping. We also have a lovely new fire pit and enough wood for you to roast marshmallows and make smores.

👉 Second Level:

On the second level, you will find five bedrooms, including the main suite equipped with a king-size bed and a sunroom with a seating area and dining table. There is also a master closet and a bathroom with a steam shower and double vanity. This floor also features four more bedrooms with six beds, three bathrooms, a spacious living room with three sofas and a massage chair and a massive kitchen with brand-new appliances.

🚗 Parking:

There is a large parking lot on the property that can fit up to 30 cars.

🌊 Pool:

The large pool with saltwater, slide and sun lounger is closed during winter and will open in summer. We also have a propane and charcoal grill.

👍 Interesting fact:

This villa was previously owned by a famous comedian/actor. It's the biggest property in Paterson, New Jersey!

Please note that this property is exclusively designed for family/friends' leisure stays, small group events or any gatherings that are low-key and respectful of the property's ambience and its neighborhood. Large parties, loud music events, and similar high-impact gatherings are not permitted. In some conditions, we do permit large events with restrictions and special arrangements. ❗ Capacity Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay over on the property is strictly limited to 16-20.

❗ Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, during which time noise should be kept to a minimum not to disturb neighbors.

❗ Reservations and Approvals: All events must be disclosed and approved at the time of reservation. Unauthorized events are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

✅ We maintain the safety and security of our guests; before or after completing your booking, you must provide some basic information for screening and verification purposes.

✅ We have flexible check-in and check-out. Please notify us in writing for these requests so we can check availability. Extra charges may also apply for early check in and late check out.

✅ To get you started, we provide a starter pack of consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, bin bags and cleaning products) upon arrival.

✅ Treat our place with care. Any damage to the property or its furnishings, beyond normal wear and tear, will be billed to the guest responsible for the booking.
- Guests must mention if they will bring in any visitors. Additional fees will be applied if visitors are going to be brought. If not mentioned, the reservation will be cancelled.

- There will not be a lifeguard on duty at the pool.
