It's evident that Luisa and Giovani take pride in their home. They are the most gracious hosts of all the VRBOs I've stayed in. They greeted us and gave us a tour of their home. Though their English is limited it's far superior to our grasp of Italian! They used Google Translater as we talked. Luisa answered all our subsequent questions during our stay using WhatsApp. So convenient we highly recommend using WA. They dropped off a bowl of delicious grapes and figs from their garden on the outside table. The backyard is a perfect evening place to relax while taking in the gorgeous views. All the amenities were included from hair dryer, washing machine, laundry drying racks, coffee, etc. Note, their is only 1 AC unit located in 1 upstairs bedroom but fans are provided to help circulate the air. There are screens and blackout shutters on all the windows. They kept the heat out when closed during hottest part of the day. The parking area is narrow but once we navigated backing out each morning it was no problem and so convenient. My best friend and I couldn't have been more pleased with staying in this hom and the graciousness of Luisa and Giovani. Located closely to Castellamare del Golfo (CDG) and ~30 minutes from Tonnara Scopello. We took day trips to Palermo, Erica, Trapani and of course, CDG. It was perfect in every way. Thank you Luisa and Giovani.

War schwierig zu finden, Kommunikation mit den Besitzern schlecht, da sie kein Englisch und wir wenig italienisch konnten. Vor allem beim Müll war es echt nicht gut. Aber ganz Sizilien hat offensichtlich Müllprobleme. Sonst war das Haus schön, sauber, 2 tolle Bäder schöner Blick aufs Meer.

Séjour très agréable. La location est très bien et l’accueil a été parfait. Un grand merci.

Het was een schoon en royaal vakantiehuis. Modern, comfortabel en met uitzicht op zee en een wijngaard. De gastheer is erg vriendelijk, attent en correct. Het strand is vlakbij evenals de prettige havenstad Trapani. Adembenemende ontdekking: Macari Trapani en San Vito Lo Capo. Wij willen graag weer terug!

A nice and quiet house, very well decorated and with a splendid terrace over a vineyard with sea views. Very friendly and available hosts. Totally recommendable. We hope to repeat soon.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen in einer Siedlung mit eher größeren Grundstücken, die sich vom Meer den Berg hochzieht. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf Meer und Berge in der Ferne und Olivenbäumen und Weinreben direkt vor der Terrasse. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist aber alles was man braucht mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen (Strand ca. 5 min, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 min, viele Restaurant in 5-10 Minuten), ohne Auto wir es aber schwer. Das Haus wurde vor nicht langer Zeit komplett renoviert/umgebaut und ist somit recht modern. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet, man fand alles was man brauchte, auch an Kochuntensilien und Geschirr. Es gab sogar sehr leckeres Olivenöl von Giovannis umliegenden Ölivenbaumen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Da wir durchgehend gutes Wetter hatten, waren wir fast nur auf der Terrasse und haben dabei die Aussicht sehr genoßen.

It is a very nicely furnished house with a great view from the terrace. Everything there what you needed and the hosts were really friendly. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

L'alloggio ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre richieste, Giovanni è una persona squisita insieme alla moglie Luisa, la casa è in una posizione molto comoda, pulita e con un panorama meraviglioso. L'alloggio è rilassante, si sente il rumore del mare ed è molto luminosa. Bisogna noleggiare l'auto per girare le meravigliose zone ovest della Sicilia ( San Vito lo capo, macari, trapani Salerno) distano 30/40 min di auto. La consiglio vivamente!!!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa per sole 2 notti, ma ci siamo trovate benissimo. Casa pulita, spaziosa, fresca e con un'ottima vista. Proprietari molto cordiali.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana splendida. La casa è deliziosa, curata nei minimi particolari e situata in un luogo incantevole. I padroni sono stati meravigliosi: accoglienti, gentili e discreti. Lasciamo un pezzo di cuore in Sicilia. La consiglierò.

La villetta facilmente raggiungibile ha una vista mare incantevole. Spazi esterni e interni curati in ogni particolare e più che confortevoli. Dotata di tutto l’occorrente, ideale sia per chi vuole rilassarsi ascoltando il mare e per chi approfittando della posizione strategica voglia spostarsi nelle vicine : Erice,Scopello, Palermo, Trapani, San Vito lo Capo, Mothia ,ecc... I proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e molto discreti ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra. Da consigliare e da ritornare

The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and spacious and nicely decorated . The beds were comfortable. We appreciated that the hosts provided water, coffee, snacks and much more. The only problem we had was due to the fact that we did not have a GPS and it was difficult to find the apartment. Road signs are poor or non existent in Castellammare del Golfo. But we eventually found a young man who phoned our host. Giovanni promptly met us and we followed him to the apartment. Luisa and Giovanni took time to explain how everything worked. They are super hosts.

Soggiorno molto tranquillo Casa molto bella, posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le località turistiche della Sicilia occidentale. I proprietari Luisa e Giovanni molto riservati e disponibili. Malgrado il nostro arrivo alle 23 e 30, Luisa ha fatto trovare una specialità siciliana gli arancini e il necessario per la nostra prima colazione, biscotti, latte, caffè e the’. La casa è molto curata e ricca di particolari. Maioliche nei bagni e nella scala. Abbiamo trascorso due notti fantastiche. La notte ci addormentavano dal rumore del mare. Proprietari discreti è molto disponibile, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato olio, vino, cornetti, latte e biscotti.Anche se non previsto ci hanno fornito un altro cambio asciugamani. On n'a pas pu se reposer dans la cabane de jardin mal isolé .Il manquait une clim autrement c'est les moustiques qui nous devoraient. Manque d'équipements dans la cuisine .Beaucoup de tape à l'oeil.

Maison rénovée en 2016 avec beaucoup de goût. Très jolie decoration. Excellente prestations. Terrasse très agréable vue mer. Propriétaires accueuillants et charmants. Luisa nous a offert de délicieux beignets au miel de sa confection. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .

Sehr liebevoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Sehr geräumig und schöne Terrasse auf der mehr Schatten sein könnte. Zu der Zeit (im Juni/Juli) in der wir dort waren, war wenigstens ab ca. 14 Uhr schatten. Lusia und Giovanie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Meine Freundin und ich verbrachten 2 Wochen bei Luisa und Giovanni in ihrem Haus mit fantastischem Meerblick ! Ideal für uns: jede hatte ihr Schlafzimmer und eigenes Bad. Diese Konstellation war auch der Grund unserer Buchung. Die Bilder entsprechen exakt dem, was der Gast vorfindet. Keines der Fotos wurde in irgendeiner Weise verschönernd dargestellt. Das Haus ist perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man für zwei Wochen (oder länger) braucht!! Die Nähe zu den Vermietern wussten wir zu schätzen. Unser Wunsch nach einem elektrischen Wasserkocher wurde umgehend erfüllt. Luisa und Giovanni waren für Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar, man fühlte sich aber niemals "beobachtet oder kontrolliert" . Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Domizil auf Zeit. Zwei kleine Anregungen: Auf dem Fernseher fanden wir Kanäle über Kanäle, leider aber nicht einen deutschen oder englischen... Das Auffinden des Hauses erwies sich trotz Navi etwas schwierig, da auf Buchungsbestätigung und Homepage verschiedene Straßenamen/Orte angegeben wurden. Giovanni konnte uns jedoch per Telefon letztendlich zum Haus lotsen. FAZIT: Gerne jederzeit wieder !!! Zum Strand 5 Minuten, nach Castellammare del Golfo - mit Supermärkten und tollen Restaurants -10 Minuten. Palermo, Trapani, Segesta, Scopello, Erice: Alles Ausflugsziele, die mit Auto oder Bahn wunderbar für einen Halb- oder Ganztagesausflug erreichbar sind. Mietwagen ist allerdings unbedingt erforderlich, sonst kommt man nicht von A nach B ! Noch einmal ganz herzlichen Dank an Luisa und Giovanni !!!!!

We were there in may. It's a perfect location to visit the west of Sicily. You can reach Palermo, Monreale, San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani with Erice, Marsala and Selinunte in quite similar time. The terrace of the house offers a wonderful view at the sea (Golfo Di Castellamare). And, very important: Luisa and Giovanni are very cordial and helpful. A lot of reasons to come back.

We loved the home. It is open and airy and so tastefully decorated. The view is beyond compare. Luisa and Giovanni were lovely hosts. Would stay here again!

This home was very comfortable and clean. The view off of the patio was magnificent! There was no air conditioning, but they had plenty of fans and the breeze was cool at night. The owners spoke minimal English, but we were able to communicate our needs to them. It was a lovely property and I would recommend it to anyone staying near Alcamo.
