This ground floor cottage is located on a quiet street, nestled in the Ponderosa Pines of Northern Arizona.

This is a one-bedroom unit, with private entrance, located on a separate floor from the main home. (sleeps 5 maximum).

The apartment is functional and beautifully adorned with wood floors, a complete kitchen and laundry room, a cozy sofa & armchair, along with a flat-screen television.

The stylish kitchen is tastefully upgraded with beautiful, white countertops and cabinets. Stainless steel appliances adorn the kitchen, including a dishwasher and an above the stove microwave. There is a refrigerator/freezer with a countertop ice maker, along with a knife set and Keurig Coffee Maker. There is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and seating for an additional 2 at a quaint table, adjacent to the kitchen.

The living/sleeping area is open and functional. Whether you want to watch television, chat with friends, enjoy a meal or sleep, you will find the space is comfortable and organized.

The bathroom is equipped with a single vanity and shower/ jacuzzi tub combo. You'll also find a full-sized washer machine and dryer for your convenience.

This cute and cozy living space is a perfect getaway for Guests who long for a rural setting but still want an urban vibe!

Outdoors, you'll find a propane grill and a fire pit with 4 chairs. There is a beautiful patch of forest just behind the fire pit, which serves as a peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing.

There are endless things to do in this beautiful area. Enjoy the scenic hiking trails, Historic Route 66, along with wonderful restaurants and shopping in Downtown Flagstaff. Don't forget that the Grand Canyon and Sedona are near-by and you are only forty minutes away from the ski slopes.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. In addition, we supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We do provide Keurig Pods as well.

No Pets Allowed. If pets are brought to the property, guests will be asked to leave without receiving a refund. The owner's family is highly allergic to animals. A $250 charge for deep cleaning will also be charged to the guest. There are video cameras on the exterior of the home. They cover the front door and the front walkway.

There are cameras on the outside of the property. Please note, Porter does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. Porter does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. No parties or events are permitted.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
