The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming 90 m² flat with mountain views and ski station within walking distance for rent in Puy-Saint-Pierre. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Puy-Saint-Pierre, in a very pleasant environment with a dead-end road. In Briançon, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
Enjoy a wide range of sports and leisure activities suited to the region. In winter, snow sports are just 400 metres away on foot, while in summer you can take a dip in a swimming pool just 1 km away. You can also explore the nearby historic centre of Briançon and discover the charming shops in the town centre. For nature lovers and thrill-seekers, there are plenty of hiking, climbing and mountain biking routes offering exceptional panoramic views. From the house, admire the view over the Col d'Izoard, while on the other side you can see the Col du Lautaret and the legendary Col du Galibier.
