Bonus: all of the excitement of Broadway is just a 10-minute Uber drive away. Don't be surprised if you see one of your favorite musicians walking around this neighborhood, as many of them call it home!

The living room boasts a large luxurious space to relax and hang out with plenty of seating on the section couch. You can curl up on the couch and stream a movie on the 65” TV with a bowl of popcorn.
Plenty of seating in the formal dining room with a beautiful wood dining table that seats 8.
Plus there are 4 bar stools right at the kitchen island to chat while sipping on a cocktail.

MASTER/BEDROOM 1:
King size bed with walk in closets, en-suite bathroom and private desk for work.

HALF BATHROOM:
Located off the dining room, this modern half bath boasts fun wall paper.

LAUNDRY:
There is a full size washer and dryer available for your convenience right next to the dining room.

BEDROOM 2:
2 queen size beds with lots of great closet space in the walk-in closet.

BEDROOM 3:
2 full size beds/loungers with a projector movie screen to watch your favorite movies while relaxing in bed.

BEDROOM 4:
3 full size beds with a special getting ready station with 4 vanity mirrors. There is also a little walk out balcony.

BEDROOM 5:
1 full size bed right off of the 3rd bedroom with a sliding door for privacy.

BATHROOM 2:
Located right between bedroom 2 and 3.

BATHROOM 3:
Located right off of bedroom 5 and accessible to bedroom 4 when you walk through bedroom 5.

BACKYARD:
We have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room for yard games or your furry friends to run around.

PARKING:
Large circular driveway with plenty of space for parking up to 6 cars. No parking on the streets.

HOUSE RULES:
12 guests maximum.
6 vehicles maximum.
No trailers parked in driveway or streets.
No smoking.
Must be 25 years old to book.
Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am.
No parties or loud music.
Trash must be taken out for pickup Tuesday morning.
No cats allowed.

DOG POLICY:
We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs (up to 2 dogs). A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Please note although we do allow dogs, we do not allow cats. Thank you for understanding!

FAQ:
Is there parking at the house? Yes. There is plenty of parking in the driveway in front of the house which can comfortably fit up to 6 cars.
Do you give refunds for inclement weather? No. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters
