The space
This home is recently renovated, inside and out with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is an basement level room without a closet or door, but contains a bunk bed. Brand new hardscaping on 3 sides of the house provide patios in front and in the back yard to enjoy Utah's perfect evenings. The neighborhood could not be located in a better spot to take advantage of the surrounding mountains.

The basement has a Roku Smart TV and Arcade Stand with over 2200 games, a massive 5' bean bag, and an adjustable futon creating the perfect lounge or retreat that's perfect for the kids (or the young at heart). The updated kitchen contains everything you need to make delicious meals. Coffee and a coffee maker included. Garage and driveway parking available.
