Very clean and tidy and a short stroll to a beautiful beach

The whole property was well presented and maintained. Overall facilities were also very good.

The place is amazing. Villas are comfortable and well set, spacious. The common area with the swimming pools and barbecues are great. What I can't understand is that you stay 9 nights and only receive one lot of everything as if you were staying one night. If you need more coffee, sugar, toiletries, etc you have to buy your own. I can understand that they don't make your bed, or change the towels; but for God's sake BYO toilet paper?

Nice apartment though bed was a little uncomfortable. Excellent pool and bbq facilities.

Staff were helpful and friendly indeed. Grounds were well maintained, but the apartment was not. The shower head exploded, and the stove was very outdated and took a long time to heat up for a meal. Carpets in the second bedroom were badly stained, and we found the outdoor seating areas to be quite dirty. The downpipes in this area leaked quite badly, even though the rain was not very heavy. Naturally, at times, it was, but this leak needs attention. The location proved very quiet at night, and the beds comfortable.

Pleasant place to stay to explore Agnes Water and 1770 from.

We stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom self contained unit that was super close to the beach(300m) and was an easy walk to the main lifesaver patrolled beach. The kids enjoyed the complexes 4 pools that backed onto the outdoor living area. Great place to stay.

The villa was very clean and well equipped. The grounds are well kept and overall a very enjoyable stay.

Great time had in a great place. We will be back.

The room was outdated for the price we spent. The microwave did not work and the tv was in bad shape. The floors were dirty. There was a note stating that we would be charged for dirty dishes but there was no dish soap to clean the dishes. Would not recommend for the price
