You get a large, 2,600 SF house with 4 bedrooms (6 rooms available, plz ask), 3 bathrooms, 3 living rooms and a huge, well-equipped Chef Kitchen, up to 14 rooms (just ask). The house can sleep 17 in 11 beds (plz see summary below). Walk to the beach or Playa del Rey (PDR) Lagoon Park or (PDR) Town (restaurants, bars, coffee) in only 7 min. Playa del Rey is one of LA's best communities for all-City access and Old School beach-side/Coastal California living, with natural beauty, ocean air, and unsurpassed views of the Santa Monica Bay, Mountains, and sunsets. One-night fees incur an additional fee, please ask.
