The house features an open floor plan with 3 large sliding glass doors that fully retract to allow flowing indoor/outdoor living. A large granite countertop kitchen island that seats 8 people along with a counter height dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen if fully stocked with stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler, blender, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. An iPad is available for use and connected to the RING doorbell camera and outdoor lighting in backyard that can be changed to whatever color you desire.

The living room features a leather sectional sofa with 3 power recliners and electrical outlets and/or USB charges for every seating position. The 75" Smart TV is viewable from the entire living area and includes a JBL Bar 1300 X sound bar with subwoofer for enjoying movies and music.
