- Lage superschön mitten im Olivenhain, vom Balkon seitlicher Blick auf den See und Berge
- sehr großzügiger, sehr schöner Pool (auch mit Kinderbecken).
- großzügiger Liegebereich am Pool mit Schatten (mit Schirmen und natürlichen Palmen)
- kleiner Kinderspielplatz im Olivenhain und Sitzgelegenheiten auf der überdachten Terasse und im Garten.
- Auto-Parkplätze direkt am Hotel unter Olivenbäumen. Unser Anhänger konnte an einem nahe gelegenen Grundstück kostenlos abgestellt werden, die Motorräder konnten in der abgesperrten Tiefgarage unterkommen.
- internationales Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt (alle Kaffeesorten, Semmeln, Toast, Eiern, Wurst, Käse, Nutella, Marmelade....)
- familiengeführtes Hotel, Besitzer sprechen sehr gut Deutsch - sind sehr hilfsbereit
- einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, nach Malcesine ist ein Fahrrad oder Motorrad sinnvoll (leicht bergig)
- Zimmer und Betten waren perfekt und sauber

Everything. Good location not far from malcesine or Riva del Garda, easy to find. Even though the decor might be a bit dated, it was spotless clean and very highly maintained, no sign of wear and tear anywhere. The breakfast was buffet and they even did the eggs to our liking. And the room had a great view as promised. Wish we stayed here for longer

Really great place, great and exceptionally clean room, wonderful snd huge garden area with great pool and lots of entertainment options, also two cute rabbits in the garden. Absolutely recommend this place!

Clean room, nice breakfast, free private parking.
No airconditioning in the room so we let the balcony door open during the night. But then the road next to hotel is very busy and too much noise during the night.

This was the best place where we stay while we visiting lago di Garda. The owners amazing!
We ask for bikes they give for us, air condition also! Yard there is like small bar where you can sit drink wine together with owners! The first time in my life, in the morning,by the breakfast table ask how we sleep, you even get fresh cramble eggs, they ask - they made at the time. Rooms brighy clean, big balcony, and the view 😍
Big recomendations! And even you are with kids there is big play ground and swimming pool!☝️😇👌.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceeding expectations, very good and a lot of choice. The staff was very friendly and customer focused. I had to leave early on Sunday and they opened the breakfast room earlier! It was also good value for money.

Spacious garden and a nice pool, convenient rooms with a nice balcony overlooking the lake, breakfast had plenty of options, quiet area, some nice restaurants at walking distance
