Welcome to Legacy House, an AvantStay home! The Legacy house is located only one block from the Gondola in Telluride's historic Depot District. It is a beautiful four-bedroom home with lots of natural light and space to entertain and it is located just steps from everything the town of Telluride offers. It's the perfect place to stay with the family! Guests enter the Legacy Home from Depot Ave into an entryway with plenty of storage for coats, boots, and any other outdoor gear. To the right of the entryway, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, flatscreen TV, bay window, and attached bath with a soaking tub and shower. The second bedroom is located down the hall and has two built-in twin bunk beds. This bedroom has access to a hallway bathroom, which has a step-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, a DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Access to the one-car carport (meant for smaller vehicles) is located at the rear of the home on this level. A staircase near the entryway brings guests to the second level of this home, which is the main living area. The great room is at the front of the house and features a TV, DVD player, gas fireplace, game table with room for four, and a small deck with seating that offers views of the ski hill. The living area is completely open to the dining area, which has seating for up to eight people. The kitchen is at the rear of the home and is fully equipped with a six-burner Viking gas stove, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and all of the utensils and cookware needed to complete a meal at home. There are four stools at the island for additional seating. Off the kitchen, there is an amazing private back deck with a private hot tub, gas grill, seating and wonderful views of Ajax. A half-bath and full-size private washer and dryer are also located off the kitchen. On the third floor of this home is the master bedroom. It offers guests a king bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate step-in shower, and large vanity with two sinks. All TVs are connected to ROKU as well as Spectrum cable. AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. *Home Truths:* - There is no A/C at this property. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note: Due to the geological isolation of Telluride/Mountain Village, Wi-Fi outages and substandard internet speed is expected. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: 1 car allowed onsite. A pack n' play travel crib, and a high chair are available upon request. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ Ensuite Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Two twin beds Bedroom 4 / Two bunk beds --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. Business License: #10700 Permit Number: 00433
