It’s been over 2 years since our last holiday here due to covid restrictions and it was worth the wait Amazing stay , beautiful villa , great location . Can recommend a visit to Teras restaurant top of road . Food & staff lovely. Biggest thank you to Ali who is fantastic , brilliant communication throughout whole process We didn’t want to leave Looking forward to our next trip

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Check in was easy and Ali was very helpful and communicative. There was parking on site and it was all very secure. There’s a grocery store within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would happily stay here again!

We stayed here for 10 days and the villa was lovely, beds were comfy and pool was nice and big. WiFi was also excellent and villa is very close to shops and restaurants. Ali is an excellent host and communicated very well. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa which met our needs, some small improvements needed, plug for the kitchen sink, hooks on doors to hang towels etc. My only complaint is that the villa is located very close to a mosque & every morning at half past 5 you had the call to prayer which was extremely loud which in turn woke the many roosters which were in the property next door & started them crowing, not so good if your a light sleeper!! The villa is in a good location close to the Sok supermarket & a good English bar which served decent food for breakfast & lunch. We walked back from Hisarönü rather than get a taxi most evenings as the weather was obviously warm & this only took approximately 15 minutes. Hisarönü offers plenty of lovely restaurants & bars taxis are very cheap & there is a button on the opposite side of the road from the villa to call them. We had a great time & would return in the future.

Villa was lovely and clean, pool area was so nice and relaxing. Location was great, supermarket right at top of street and some bars and lovely restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Taxi button right outside villa gate which was so handy when we were going into Hisaronu! Already looking to book again for next year we enjoyed it so much!

Loved our stay in this villa, plenty of space, and loved the privacy. Great location for us, just down from the main road to Fethiye/Hisaronu, very close to the Sok supermarket for all essentials. Pool area maintained regularly, and the villa had all the facilities you need for a fab holiday.

Was a stunning villa ,it had everything you would need . Pool area was well kept and cleaned and water checked every day. Absolutely perfect .

We had an amazing stay in this fabulous villa . It was very spacious and we loved that every room had its own ensuite . My husband and I had the top room and it was quaint and the beds were comfortable . We loved the pool and eating outside , there were plenty of beds and seating area . The outside wooden cabana was a life saver when it was really hot and a lovely sociable area for having a drink . Ally was extremely helpful as we had to change our flight and he accommodated all our needs . Very quiet area away from the town but only a 10 min taxi ride which only cost 40 lira to Ölüdeniz. The taxi can be called just outside the villa via a yellow box on a tree!. We would definitely recommend this villa and area to our friends and family and will return at some point in the future . Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable ,you have a lovely villa.

Excellent property in a good area , spacious and clean, a few minor details Necessary to improve our experience would have been the provision of tea towels , a plug in the kitchen sink and washing up liquid and a change of towels and bedding , however the facilities do provide a washing machine , overall I would recommend this villa and would visit again

I can't recommend City Villas highly enough. Ali was really great when booking and came and met us on our first day. He organised our transfers for us and everything worked like clockwork. The villa is beautiful - clean and everything modern and working! The pool and outside seating area were cleaned every morning and were spotless. Travelling around is really easy with a taxi button outside the villas and buses to Hisoranu, Olu Deniz and Fethiye from the end of the road every few minutes. I recommend Re-Action in Ovacik for Paragliding and Scuba-Diving . We will definitely be returning. Thanks for everything Ali.

We, a party of 5, stayed in City Villas, block E no:43 from 09/07/2019 to 20/07/2019. We had a really wonderful experience, the villa was spotlessly clean and not only did I meet the description, it totally exceeded our expectations. The owner, Ali came and met us in person and was always on hand to answer any questions. Ovacik is a beautiful friendly town and the restaurants and shops are only a 5-6 minute walk from this beautiful villa. At the end of the road, about a 2 minute walk there is a button you can press that calls a taxi which usually arrives within a few minutes or another minute walk will take you to the dolmus stand. The pool in the villa is fantastic and we were in the pool every day. There is comfortable sun loungers around the pool too. The whole villa is surrounded by stunning, well maintained gardens which we really enjoyed. The gardener comes every morning, the pool maintenance guy comes every morning to test the water. A cleaner comes once a week to change all the bed linen and give fresh towels as well as clean the villa. All rooms are beautiful and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, they are spacious and have plenty storage. The villa has all mod cons including, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster and toastie machine. There is a TV in the lounge which we used to play music channels. The beds were comfortable and very clean, all rooms have ensuite bathrooms and the showers are fantastic. The only thing missing from this beautiful villa is decent wifi. This is shared between all the villas so the connection came and went, but if that is our only minuscule comment it really is nothing. I honestly cannot praise this villa enough, it really was a wonderful stay and we would all definitely come back. Ali is a really nice guy who spoke really good English and if you book a villa with Alu you really will not regret it. I cannot thank Ali enough and also his team for a truly magical stay and making us all so very welcome. Thanks, Ali

Property is very luxurious overlooked by the beautiful Babadag mountain with ample space for 6 adults. The pool is great with friendly unobtrusive staff coming round early everyday to test the pool and to clean and rearrange the furniture etc. The location is ideal with Ovacik and Hisaronu within walking distance, with a dolmus stop at the top of a small lane if required to reach places as well as Oludeniz and Fethiye, with a taxi call button outside the villas. We had to contact owner when we had a small plumbing issue, the plumber arrived within 10 minutes, and this was on a Sunday (Wow). We cannot recommend this enough, unfortunately for us it looks like the flight costs next year will prevent us having a villa holiday.

For a few years I have hired villas , this one by far is the best one I have stopped in , fantastic place with a lovely pool , The owner , Ali was very pleasant and helpful , highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning to it

We had a lovely week here it’s a new property and built to a very high Turkish standard. It’s very clean and has a lovely well appointed kitchen with all you need and more. Lovely swimming pool which has the sun from morning to early evening ( we went in August) It’s in a complex of eight villas but still very private and secure. We would book again. One small point was WiFi is shared through all villas and not private. Not the fastest. Ali the owner is a lovely pleasant man who will go the extra mile for you if needed. I called him when I was leaving at 12 midnight and he came to see me within 5 minutes and said goodbye. Can’t get much better than that.

We arranged transport through the agent which was so efficient. We had asked for a welcome pack but unfortunately when we arrived there wasn’t one. The house was spotless and well equipped. We would have liked some seats so we could enjoy the balconies. Also a shower round the pool would have been a bonus. All in all a fabulous holiday in a great location. We used the local bus which runs every five minutes. There is an electric gate that wouldn’t open one night my husband had to climb over and sort it. There was a daily pool attendant and weekly cleaner/linen change which was great. Also a gardener came. We went on a couple of the trips which were great value for money.

We, a family of 6 (including a child) stayed here for a week this month and my gosh we had the most fabulous time. The villa is amazing with all the amenities you could ask for, and the pool is just splendid. Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough, the views are breathtaking, shops are very local, transport links are ideal and actually if you didn't even want to go out there is absolute no need! The villa was enough to enjoy our holiday within, although we made several trips out to Fethiye, Olu Deniz & Hisaranou. The host Ali is also lovely and always available to make contact with or provide information/suggestions. We cannot wait to visit again! Thank you so much Iram, UK
