Just 200 metres away from a pristine sandy beach on the Folkestone and Hythe coastline, this impeccable property offers an enviable escape for families and friends seeking to enjoy the seaside. The property itself is located in a quiet residential area, hidden away down the end of a long gravel drive, with peace and privacy assured, yet is just 1.5 miles away from the vibrant village of Dymchurch. Offering traditional seaside fare, the village is home to a wide, sandy beach, an amusement park, and plenty of eateries to keep you fuelled in between swimming and sunbathing. From the village, you can board the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway, a traditional steam train that takes you through Kent’s Romney Marsh from Hythe (4 miles) to Dungeness (10.5 miles). At the end of the line, Dungeness is a fascinating place to visit, classified as Britain’s only desert and a special conservation area by the sea.

Walk through the hallway and notice two king-size bedrooms on the ground floor, both offering French doors access into the spacious garden. As you move further into the property, you’ll also find a cosy single bedroom and two bathrooms downstairs. Three separate rooms make up the lounge, kitchen, and dining area, ensuring everyone’s got a space to relax as required. The kitchen is well-equipped for rustling up something good to eat, and the lounge has been furnished with comfy seating and a Smart TV to create the perfect chill-out zone. Along with the large dining table, the dining room has French doors, a piano, and a separate office corner for anyone who needs to work while away. Moving upstairs, the bedrooms continue with another inviting single and a king-size room with zip-and-link 2'6" beds for added versatility. Both rooms sit beneath the property’s eaves with restricted head height. The cottage grounds are spacious.
Outside, a patio space blends neatly into a large, lawned garden, perfect for children to explore. There’s a children’s play set with swings and a slide at the bottom of the garden, in perfect view of the furnished patio, allowing you to supervise from the comfort of the stylish dining set. There is parking for 6 cars.
