Sobre este aluguel de temporada

Set in the Georgian market town Holt, our beautiful and recently refurbished house is an ideal base from which to explore and enjoy North Norfolk.
Accommodation consists of five bedrooms (including one ground floor with en-suite), sleeping 10 with 4 bathrooms in total offering flexible accommodation. A large open plan kitchen diner flows into a cosy sitting room, complete with wood burning stove and seating for all guests. The entire back of the house opens up via full length bi-folds on to an extensive patio area with outside BBQ, dining and lounge areas. An electric hot tub is also available.
With off street parking for 5 cars and a substantial and secluded garden, the house is a perfect base for large / multi-generational families, or mixed groups of friends looking to either explore the local area or just relax and enjoy the space and facilities on offer.
Holt itself is a 10 minute walk away with a choice of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes. There is also a very large and well stocked supermarket (it's a Budgen's but feels more like Waitrose..) and Bakers & Larners General Provisions Store (North Norfolk's take on Harrods? Maybe..)

Further things to do:
The stunning beaches of Holkham, Brancaster, Weyborne & Cromer, and many beautiful country walks (and of course more traditional pubs,..!) are a short drive away. Blakeney Quay is 8 miles away for fantastic walking and crabbing. The coastal road passes through many villages with fantastic pubs, farm shops, and cafés for great fresh and locally sourced food. The livelier seaside resorts of Sheringham and Cromer are 7 and 10 miles respectively. Holkham Hall and the vast Holkham beach (one of our favourites in the UK) are 14 miles away - both are a wonderful day out. Wells-next-the-Sea with its working fishing harbour, town and sandy beach, is 13 miles.
The National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blicking Halls offer much to do and see, whilst the pretty gardens and space of Sheringham Park offer a great day out. Royal Sandringham House and Gardens are 28 miles. The city of Norwich, 22 miles, with its cathedral, castle museum, excellent shopping malls, market square, theatre, fine dining, cafés and pubs. The famous Norfolk Broads are 24 miles, great for exploring by boat, with daily river trips and day boats available as well as riverside cafés, restaurants and shops.

- Large open plan kitchen, diner, large 12 seat dining table- The beautiful handmade Harvey Jones Kitchen comes with Siemens appliances: electric oven & hob, 2 (two) dishwashers, Fisher Paykel fridge / freezer. Also fully equipped with premium kitchen utensils and appliances
- Utility room: With washer / dryer
- Lounge: large yet cosy with wood burner, FreeSat / Netflix / Prime HD TV, and seating for 10 adults
- Separate WC
- Bedroom 5 with Kingsize bed and shower en-suite


First Floor:
- Bedroom 1: With Superking bed and en-suite shower and WC
- Bedroom 2: Configurable as a further Superking or 2 singles with en-suite shower and WC
- Bedrooms 3 & 4 with double beds
- Family bathroom: Beautiful Victorian style roll-top bath and over bath shower fitments
