Nestled within the prestigious Casa de Campo Resort, Villa Elite is a charming colonial-
style villa that epitomizes luxury living in a serene and exclusive setting, overlooking the
sparkling sea. The villa boasts seven bedrooms, a detached study, a picturesque gazebo,
and a spacious patio, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

The villa's elegant design seamlessly blends traditional colonial architecture with modern
comforts, creating an atmosphere of timeless sophistication and comfort. Every corner of
the property exudes a sense of privacy and tranquility, making it the perfect retreat for
discerning travelers seeking an escape from everyday life. A highlight of the villa is its
double kitchen, providing ample space for culinary enthusiasts to indulge in their passion
for cooking and entertaining. The utility area ensures convenience and efficiency, while a
detached guest suite offers additional privacy for visitors. The terrace features outdoor
seating and dining areas, and there is a second one on a shaded veranda just outside the

Resort Fee - All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register to be granted
full access to resort areas and amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day
(12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children
under 4 years of age are granted free access. Registration benefits includes: Villa Owners
Club concierge services, use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the
main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach, golf discount rates and access to health care
services at the Central Romana Medical Center, among others.
