Location was good!
Overall experience was extremely poor! From entry to the Aambi valley to checkout multiple mishaps poor coordination between booking.com and Aambi valley. Even within Aambi valley I was given checkin to the wrong property and even charged. They charged INR 7000 more than what was Booking.com voucher. Heavily priced for dying Aambi Valley!

A good location right inside Aamby Valley city. It was probably quite nice when it was originally built. The breakfast spread was decent and the staff were friendly. The unit was clean.
The same as the rest of Aamby Valley, the facilities are old and tired, not well maintained at all. Sheets and towels are old, shower is leaky, finishings are poor quality. The pictures aren’t really a good representation of what it’s like now. You pay 5 star prices, but it’s not a 5 star experience.

Nothing. There was a smell in the room, cockroaches in the jacuzzi and AC was not working properly. The property is run down and very poorly managed.
Behaviour of the staff, pathetic room service and attitude of the IRD staff.

food is very expensive. I have stayed in best five star properties never found something so expensive when you compare this hotel.
there are very few restaurents in amby calley. most of the places are closed. la cafe is a good option to have food. A club and woodpecker is just okay.

The place is pretty good. We first had room 610 and it was in need of sprucing up, to be kind. After some discussions we were moved to room 615, on day two and it was much better. Thank you for moving our room. They were kind and allowed us a late check out to make up for the initial arrival issues. Again this was a good way to accommodate the customer and made our trip much better. Rating is based on second room 615.
There is no signage to find the restaurant for breakfast. Its a long walk and you are just not sure if you are headed the correct way. We saw a man made waterway but most things looked like they had been out of commission for a long time. Lots of neglect. I think at one time it was a beautiful place.

Perfect stay and the view of Mountains from the suite was breathtaking.
Tried calling the reception past midnight couple of times but no one picked up the call. There has to be someone at the reception to attend the guest's calls all the times, also in case of emergency.

The breakfast served was PATHETIC. Firstly they charge bomb, but an average 4 star hotel with a lower price will serve delicious food (they didn’t have enough options nor the food had good taste). Too much follow ups with the hotel staff to get answer to something.
the road towards the restaurant was a 5 min walk
but there are hardly any lights on the way. given that the property is surrounded by trees and plants, this is a basic requirement that the road should be well lit. Also that whole patch of road was not well maintained

It has a peaceful atmosphere with zero noise pollution. Jacuzzi is just perfect. Lots of other activities are available too (chargeable).
