Everything was above our expectations. Food was more than delicious, both breakfast and dinner. Every request that we had, we didn't get a no, only yes, and we thank you very much for your kind service provided. Clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, hot water and nice and quiet views. Super clean, modern, huge room. Good breakfast. Very helpful with arranging tuk tuks for us to explore the local sights, go to dinner, back to the train station etc.

Not the hotels fault but we were the only guests there, so felt a bit like they were watching us a bit too much.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 6am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Our host kerula made our stay a memorable stay. He has gone beyond his duty to guide, help us. The place was hygienic, new and closer to the city center.

Best place to stay in Nuwara Elya! Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful host, delicious meals. We arrived late at night, check was quick and smooth. Next day we were late for breakfast, but staff made a meal for us. Best breakfast in Sri Lanka! For those who wants to dine outside there are a couple of cozy modern places!

Wonderful small hotel in Nuwara Eliya which is walkable to pretty much everything in the town. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable from giving me tips on what could be done during the very unfortunate curfew. The room was one of the largest of my trip and the bed super comfy. Great breakfast that was filling albeit humble.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Happy to cater for vegetarian and vegan - just let them know in advance. Delicious fresh food. Beautiful rooms, modern and well decorated. Very clean. Good location to explore the town with Victoria Park and lake Gregory both short walks away. They are happy to arrange transport on your behalf.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, we had a problem with our driver and they helped us to solve it and get another one on the same night. The facilities are very good and very new and the breakfast is superb. 100% recommend the stay, if I go back to nuwara eliya I would definitely stay here again!

Nice building in a good location. Close to the primary attractions of Nuwara Eliya.

It seemed like we were almost the only room occupied in the entire hotel and whilst there were plenty of staff on hand they clearly weren’t trained in how to provide a good service for guests. We had an issue with the room locks and key which meant being moved room at 10pm at night - whilst this was dealt with, all we received was a brief verbal apology. We had also asked for breakfast in the morning which seemed an alien request for the staff. We were provided a small breakfast which was all we wanted, however, weren’t offered tea or coffee. When it came to check out the breakfast was the charged at over 5 times what the same breakfast would have cost elsewhere! To cap it all off, the wifi didn’t work for our entire stay.
