Wegen einer heftigen Erkrankung konnten wir am geplanten Urlaubsstart nicht anreisen, sondern erst 2 Nächte später. Da wir bei Booking com gebucht hatten, war die volle Summe bereits abgebucht worden. Trotzdem war das Hotel so nett und freundlich, uns die 2 nicht konsumierten, aber bereits bezahlten Tage im Anschluss, ohne weitere Gebühr zu gewährten. Das finde ich wirklich sehr großzügig und entgegenkommend!!! Zusätzlich gab es ein wunderschönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und einen schönen Wellnessbereich. Im Frühstücksaal herrschte eine ruhige entspannte Atmosphäre, kein Lärm vom Geschirrklappern oder anderer störender akustischer Reize!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben das Hotel auch Freunden weiterempfohlen.

La piscina era un po' fredda...altra pecca nella camera è presente la moquette che non è molto igienica

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön direkt in Portoroz und sehr nahe am Meer. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant war sehr professionell und freundlich.

Frühstück und Zimmer waren schön, allerdings war der Service beim Frühstück ziemlich reduziert und auch etwas unfreundlich (womöglich durch Corona) und die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum war eher kühl. Auch hatte die Hotel-Bar während des gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen.

It was a great pleasure to spend out vacation here. We literally loved everything! Reception team, consierge, bellboys, maids, pool staff, staff at breakfast, bar and Sofia restaurant - everybody was very helpful, friendly, polite and attentive. Many thanks to Maria from reception, Alina and Nikolina from the breakfast and everybody from the pool staff. The rooms were extremly comfortable - with nice and cosy furniture and great view from the balconies. Cuisine at the restaurant “Sofia” was incredible - one of the brightest gastronomic expiriences we had in years. We loved to spend time near the pool - thanks to location in a quiet and picturesque area and attentiveness of the beach staff. The building of the hotel is magnificent and very beautiful.

Byli jsme zde již potřetí. Tento výjimečný hotel nás opět nadchl. Je zde milý, ochotný a profesionální personál. Mimo jiné nás vždy potěší velmi příjemné hotelové restaurace s vynikající kuchyní a dokonalou obsluhou. Už plánujeme další pobyt.

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und auch der Frühstückssaal bzw. die Terrasse draußen sind sehr beeindruckend!

Unser Zimmer wurde weder gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht und auch keine frischen Handtücher ins Zimmer gebracht.

We had a great time at Kempinski. The hotel is beautiful, the buffet breakfast is open until noon, which is a nice touch. The pool and the beach are great, the bar and the restaurant is also superb, the overall experience is real 5 star.

I don’t have any words, just extremely top hotel. Everything is amazing there. Like personal and hotel.

Very nice rooms, beautiful view, cleanliness, parking and the personnel. Breakfast and restaurant Sofie was also great.

It was a noice outside during the night in the seaview room as there is some club/disco across the street. We were accomodated at the beggining of the season and it was very annoying, could be even worse later in summer. I would expect that the hotel of this level will somehow handle this and will at least limit the hours or something (it was loud until 3 am, we heard the music despite closed windows and wooden Doors on windows and running A/C.

Definitely I will come back. It was amazing.

Staff were so helpful and facilities were all you could hope for. can’t recommend enough

we had a lovely room with balcony but the club/bar across the street kept us awake until 3am each night of our stay
