Location is perfect and all the staff were lovely

The aircon system in our room was automatic so either freezing or had to be turned off manually at reception and then it was too warm. The reception team just seemed to think this was normal.

- The location is perfect just 10 minutes from Portofino and in the bay of Paraggi which is stunning! - Staff are very friendly and we liked that the hotel provides a shuttle to Portofino (very handy during the day) - The hotel is pet friendly.

I think considering the cost of the hotel there are some things that could be improved upon. For example: breakfast service was very slow, also the hotel room, we stayed in the room with jacuzzi which on arrival was half empty. The shower wasn’t particularly powerful, the robes are quite old and just some of the small finer 5* touches such as: ensuring there is milk pouches for coffee in the room or coffee pods matching up with the pods sign etc. This sounds very picky but I think given the cost of the room you expect luxury.

Room very small for 850eur/night No coffee machine in the room Beach closes at 6:30pm 😂 Last shuttle from Portofino back is 10:30pm (so skip dessert !)
