A very good quality hotel, it has everything you need. The restaurant is very good quality and the staff there are great. Overall, a great place to stay.

A very good hotel. It has a dedicated room for bicycles, which is good. The attached restaurant is very good and located on the ground floor.

The wi-fi signal in the room was very weak

The surroundings are absolutely to die for. Such beauty of nature. Perfect spot for an active holiday (you can do sports!). Restaurant was good but we were left wondering why we were first told that we have a 40 min wait. It took 15 mins to be seated.

The AC was -5 degrees compared to the outdoors which was not enough in the weather conditions we had. So it was hot but tolerable.

Lots of ski activities. Facilities for preparing skis. One could take food from restaurants to own room which is nice during the pandemic. Ski tracks were maintained daily and they were good (although adjacent tracks are not for beginners).

To get to casual tracks one needs to either walk (drive if you're lazy) or take a medium track to the nearest intersection and risk tumbling in a difficult downhill turn (losing some pride and standing). In restaurants people were seated close by - easy for the catering staff but uncomfortable for anyone with humility towards the covid virus. I got an automated message stating I had been in the vicinity of sick person during my travel and this didn't help at all.

Basic room, although nohing fancy. Ok beds. Decent view - we were lucky...

Staff attitude - answers to questions were somewhere between snappy and flat out rude. No room cleaning unless separately requested on the day before. Yes - this was mentioned on one of the papers in the room, on line 13 or so. It was not mentioned on check-in. No fridge / mini bar in the room. The in-room safe was broken - someone had just removed the electronic lock from the safe door. I hope that was by hotel staff rather than outsiders...
