Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, very close to the train station. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast good, old fashioned hotel, wifi didn t work, using the hairdryer was difficult, the shower spread water everywhere, no telefono in the room to call reception.

The room was very clean and very warm. The reception was very kind and helpful. The room was ready before check-in time and at the check-out, we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception.

The hotel is very old, as well as the furniture. When walking around the room, you could hear the noise of the old wooden floor.

Stayed in older hotels but friendly staff and good food made up for the short falls. Get rid of old guy behind the front desk and put in a young person with a smile and watch your ratings rise.

I have stopped here many times over the years and it still has its old charm , it’s not modern it’s old and quirky. The staff are friendly and polite , breakfast is a good meal . And the room was always clean.

There is always a problem with English not being spoken, but it could be that I don’t speak Italian even after all these years.

Location was close enough to ski resort, i.e., a short drive to the slopes. Hotel has a bar and Restaurant but also options in the immediate area on foot with a good choice.

Rooms are very tired and dated, wires hanging every where.... I am not 100% sure but I heard you can not take your ski's to the room so I would check this before you book.

Coffee is awful from the machine and it is not hot well, it could hav e been better if in sachet instead of from machine..

Location is a 5 min away from train station. Mountain view from room window was nice, Breakfast was good as well and also the towels and bed linen were clean.

Room need modernization and a total refurbishment. Water was 80% of the time cold not enough hot water, you could not take a shower. Also internal heating needs to be better.
