1. ROOMS - spacious, clean, well equipped (even washing machine), nice big bathroom, long (not wide) balcony with sea view 2. CLEANING SERVICE - on our floor we had very nice lady speaking good english 3. RECEPTION - nice, friendly, profi, helpful, good english 4. POOL - nice and clean however too small for such a number of guests / nice and friendly poolbar service 5. BREAKFEST - wide variaty of food, tasty

RESTAURANT - big disappointment: we went once and it was last time - between first and last dish was over 10 min, means some of us ate barely warm food / we got partially raw chicken and pork that was tough and very fatty, fish was good / service is a disaster - waitress was dropping plates on the table passing by / when i pointed out the quality of the food waitress just took the plates and.... next time we saw her with the bill / after all i was only one who said "Thank you" - everyone was too busy / there are very few people speaking english / in part that is roofed outside people smoking at the tables / prices are similar to a highest ranked restaurant in old part of Nesebar (which is touristic supercenter around) but the quality of food and service are uncomparably lower / Price/Performance negative! 2. BREAKFEST - even though there is information to not take food outside some were literally stockpiling food on the tables with no staff reaction 3. POOL - there is no policy of "booking" sunchairs so as i counted once there were 11 chairs with towels overnight so some are "booking" for several days even if they are not in hotel / it is small but cozy unless you face bunch of screaming teenagers turning it into sport place and playing waterball hitting other users - no staff reaction / people smoking at the chairs means you can have someone smoking half meter next to you 4. LOCATION - next to the beach (across parkway) but a 10+ min away from shops/fastfood, about 30+ min walk to the local supermarkets

The only reason i leave this hotel a one-star is simply because of the management and hopefully something change for the better! We stayed there last year and we loved it ,but this year, sadly, they just became like everyone else - hungry for money. All the prices are even higher compared to last year ( have in mind you are in a very small, village-like town ). Have in mind that in this price you only get an average breakfast and that's pretty much it. Their "private beach" is a money laundering machine , they kindly ask you to pay 30 leva for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella ?!? No matter we were with a baby and every day we went there for like an hour and a half... Like ,are you serious people ? The majority of their staff is excellent, especially the waiters around the pool. However the other part talk to you only in Russian like you are on of them, although you are residing in BULGARIA. The prices in their restaurant - oh boy, oh boy ,oh boy ... For example if you are to eat in a luxurious restaurant in Sofia ,Bulgaria, it would cost you half as much, you do the math... Last but not least , they guarantee no free parking and if the street run out of spots you'd be basically forced to pay 10-20 leva per night to park in a facility owned by the hotel, yes, as a guest ! This has been the cherry of the cake and most probably if not certainly my last time on the Black Sea coast. For the amount of money i spent there i could've gone for 2 weeks in Turkey, Greece and other much greater places. I am really disappointed and by leaving the lowest grade possible i really hope this will open the owners eyes and make them fix some things or the future of this hotel will definitely, definitely not be bright ! The guy who spared us 10 leva at the beach was told by the management he is not giving us discount but he is taking the money himself... imagine the impudence. At the end we tipped the same guy with this amount as he deserves much much more!

Their management who read these reviews will always try to swing around and make it up like it isn't true. But the reality is this, sadly. Their response will be - inflation, for all of it. So instead of fishing your clients , you can type it all in the description : - We dont offer free parking. You have to pay upfront (nevermind we gonna charge you a small fortune for the stay) , it is not included. - We don't have free beaching or any discounts whatsoever,although our ads are stamped on the umbrellas at the beach. - - Our restaurant is the most expensive in the region - bring your own food or walk around and find the normal prices elsewhere. - Part of our staff are russian/ukranian , so bring a dictionary. As i already mentioned before , the best thing out there are some individuals from the staff, it was lovely to be around them as they try to perfect everything they do so you can feel as better as possible!

Super friendly pool waiter Pyotr, and reception all ladies. It was very clean and comfortable with spacious 2 bed apartment with nice big balcony.Facilities was great, its on the beach front and has nice pool too. If you want relaxing break with great customer service then this is for you. It was first time for us in Bulgaria and we absolutely loved it, will be back to the same hotel. Great breakfast variety. Everything was perfect.

Nice location, good restaurant, and decent bed. great view of sea.

Couch reeked of cat urine and had tears along the top back. One-half of the couch was unusable due to a bad cushion over the hide-a-bed. So, half a couch to sit on and that half reeked. Uncomfortable chairs on the patio. No dish towels.

We booked a nice apartment, very spacious and comfortable, right near the beach. Breakfast was good and various. Massage was also nice.

I didn t like the smell in the room coming from the electric hood. We were forced to turn on the hood almost all the time, otherwise it smelled of food and frying from other apartments. The couch was very uncomfortable to sleep.

The room was very comfortable, light and clean. The furniture was new. The bathroom was clean. Room service was excellent, towels and linens were changed every day. The beds were cosy. We enjoyed breakfasts - they were very tasty, especially natural youghurt. We dined several times in the restaurant. The hotel is situated just at the seaside, so it took us only a minute to go to the beach. We really are grateful to the personnel for the wonderful vacation.

Everything is superlative .... from arrival to departure ... exceptional and professional staff .... cleaning is done daily ... very good location .... comfortable rooms .... five star restaurant .. ..all exceptional ... thanks ...

Hotel is vis-a-vis from the public beach 50m, sandy, sea perfect for beginer swiming- not too deap close to shore. Breackfast was plantifull - continental style. Room- extremly clean, new furniture, change of towels daily, hair dryer, kichen with esentials + laundry machine. Nice touch: on the terras was a rack for sun dry the beach cloths. Restaurant a la carte for the rest of the meals: very tasty, fresh fish, price just right for the quality, a lot of vegan and vegetarian dish, try the nugat icecream! SPA: nice and wellcoming. Sauna available all day long. ! The see view is also the sunny side and you need to open the AC for comfort. We had the garden view and was perfect and shadow as is North side. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

Spacious apartment with washing machine. Excellent restaurant with great service, especially Peter the pool bar manager. Very quiet, only the waves can be heard at night. 20 m to a quiet brach.

Wifi didn't work in the room. Powercuts 2 out of 3 nights. South beach not as clean as the Blue Flag North beach.

A very well maintained hotel and restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience. I think, at least it matches if not overtakes most of the 4 stars hotels from Spain or Italy. The food at the restaurant is fresh and tasteful. The beach is 1 minute away, literally just across the street.

Wireless connection wasn't the best. Unfortunately Pomorie still has a lot of contrast (same as lots of Eastern European places). You can see dirty, ruined places near 4/5 stars hotels. Cleaning on the streets is not its strongest point. But the city of Burgas which is only 20 km away is great.

The apartment was huge and very clean. We loved spending time on the terrace, watching the sea in the evening and the sunrise in the morning. All rooms of the apartment had air conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped, although, who would need a kitchen with such a great restaurant downstairs. The breakfast was good, we also had most of our dinners at the hotel restaurant and we absolutely loved the food and the jazz evening. The spa services were very good, our massages were very relaxing and the facial treatment left my skin glowing.

Nothing much to do around the hotel. And a suggestion, if a room has a double bed, a bigger blanket would be better than two small,one person blankets.
