Been requesting Tax Invoices for weeks but until now unable to get. Sending message to them via booking.com few time and emailed to them, but then no response at all. Please improve your customer service. It's so rude that we been requesting for so many times and no one even responded us.

Our stay was comfortable and definitely value for money. The rooms were large, quiet and well-maintained. Heating was good and beds were firm and comfy. My sons enjoyed using the gym. During our 5-day stay, we were particularly impressed by the concierge service especially that rendered by Lee Li. He was helpful, polite and totally service-orientated. He gave us good advice on the best route to take to visit the sights and helped us give directions to the cab drivers. There was another young night conceige staff whose name we did not get who was also very polite and ready to help. Both were professional and personable. There are some eateries and fruit shops across the road to the hotel including a famous Wuhan noodle shop that served really, really good noodles. Its a must-try. Pleasant neighbourhood to stay in.

Initially the evening check-in staff could not find our booking.com reservation. Nontheless, they found us three rooms and checked us in promptly as we arrived in the early hours of the morning. The staff asked that we contact booking.com the next day for the hotel's confirmation number. The hotel's confirmation number is apparently different from the booking.com confirmation number shown on our reservation. I was rather surprised as I had not encountered this before. We were also advised to see the front office the next morning to sort out our reservation. The next morning, the staff managed to locate our reservation and said it was all in order. That was a relief although we were quite worried the night before. Overall our check-in and check-out were well handled despite no explanation being given as to how the lost booking could have happened. The hotel is located in Hanyang district and not where most of the other tourist attractions are located. Transport is relatively cheap but travelling can be quite time-consuming in heavy traffic. It is advisable to plan your route daily if you are staying in the hotel.
