we had a brilliant time. the weather forcast was terrible but turned out wasnt bad at all. dont have to worry about parking when you go to the beach as it is across the road. House comes with all mod cons and even goodies left by the owner.

Wow what an amazing house , just beautiful , so welcoming for everyone even our dogs Don't think you could ask for a better holiday home x pictures don't do it justice .Perfect right down to the enclosed back yard off the mud room making bringing the dogs ( and ourselves in from wet days much easier lol ) Guy as a host you couldn't ask for better x keysafe is great too meaning you can go out seperately but still have access to house if home before everyone else X Thank you for a great holiday , we will def be back x

This was our second stay in this fabulous, well appointed holiday home and we cannot praise it enough. There is everything you can possibly need provided to make your stay perfect and some lovely extras provided by Guy which were very much appreciated by us all. Guy responds to any queries immediately and nothing is too much trouble. Our break was topped by the best weather we have ever had in the area and with the beach and sea literally on the doorstep it was perfect. We will be booking again for next year.

The property was beautiful and very clean,very well equipped,the balcony was lovely,we spent many many hours sat out there just looking over the sea.The communication with Guy was brilliant,and our 2 dogs were extremely well catered for.A very relaxing week,loved it.

Guy's holiday home is a beautiful property with stunning views. It is excellent for large family stays.

One word amazing! It was a wonderful property from the location to the stunning views to the price, nice little touches with flower, wine, milk and cake. It was that good we actually booked again for a week in September, it’s also a great base to travel round the stunning Welsh coast.

Guy has simply thought of everything you could ever need. The house is fantastic, in a great location and contains everything you could ever need. Furnished tastefully, equipped perfectly. It really does score 11 out of 10.

Perfect location. Lovely house. Guy has made this a home from home. Top spec bathrooms and kitchen. Will be returning again.

A wonderful house with everything you need - real home from home. Perfect location right opposite the beach in a quiet area. Lots to do in the local area and places to visit. I really wouldn't book anywhere else!

A lovely, clean, welcoming place to stay when exploring this area. Location is perfect as it is away from the busy town centre, has fantastic views and is a short walk from shops, beach and nature areas. We definitely hope to return!

We have stayed in this property many times, so that in itself is testament and a review in itself! The property is immaculate, equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing break by the sea! Perfectly appointed just across a quiet coast road then onto the dunes and beach beyond. The property has a wonderful balcony which is my favourite spot to sit and listen to the sea and watch the world go by on the beautiful ocean! If you choose to stay at this property i guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Spotlessly clean property. Brilliant location for exploring the area. A dog friendly house that suits both couples and families. Lovely host who gave us some excellent recommendations for dog walks.

We loved staying at Guy's beautiful house by the sea with our dog. A weekend wasn't long enough, we will definitely return for longer in the future. Guy's communication was fantastic, the house was spotless with comfy beds, lovely bedding, fabulous shower & bath - all the amenities you could need. The photos do not give this place justice. Across the road you are the beach. To see the changes of the sea during all the weather changes we experienced in 3 days was wonderful. Fabulous location if you wish to get out and about to other areas, but equally comfortable and relaxing to stay in with the TV or sit on the balcony. I wish I could have brought the upstairs bedroom view home to Manchester with me! When Guy says he leaves provisions he really means it and next time we won't bring as much; dog bed, bowls, fleecy throw, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel as well as milk, washing up items etc. Thank you for a lovely stay Guy.

We stayed at Guys beautiful townhouse last summer and loved it so much we returned again in 2022!! Views from the balcony are so stunning and totally relaxing. Guy takes such pride in the cleanliness and decor.of his property - its both stylish and homely - and totally dog friendly. Pwllheli is a great base to explore the fab beaches of the Llyn Peninsula.
