old room soap left from last guest in shower. come take from last guest written on sheet. I’m wondering if room was cleaned.

Cabin was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. Nice well equipped BBQ area but needed a bit of a clean. Hosts were great with communication and keys and maps left out for us arriving after office hours although host also came out to greet us and explain a few things

Rooms were very small and not a lot of room to get around the bed in the bunk room. Curtains were broken and didn't meet to block out the light so had to put pillows up against them to hold them in place. Traffic noise with trucks and trains is pretty bad.

The beds clean

Crawling baby became filthy on the floor. Water was terrible and made two children spew we were not aware in advance that it was bore and arrived after hours.would have been great to have a bottle of water in the fridge Only shampoo and conditioner for one person And tiny cupboard milk even though family room was booked. I was charged extra upon leaving with a big rant about bookings.com ripping the park off. Online it was $137 for the cabin per night I was charged $161. For one of the nights
