We had an amazing holiday at Ciasa Verena!: 1. perfect location -just a few minutes walking to different lifts - what makes skiing and hiking very easy 2. Big private parking in front of the hotel 3. Spacious and very clean room with a fresh towels and drinking water every day , boiling pot for your tea and hair dryer, provided shampoo, body lotion, shower gel 4. Big balcony and an amazing view on the mountains 5. Very tasty and variable breakfast (very good coffe!) is a strong point of this hotel 6. Modern design but with traditional details what make it suit into the the atmosphere of the mountains 7. With previous reservation you can enjoy a very nice sauna for an extra charge- there are two saunas with different temperatures and a relaxing room, tea and water available for your use 8. The bar is open from 17:00-22:00, you can have there some nice drink with some tapas or order some dinner. 9. Very nice service! - thank to you Verena, to your husband and to the rest of the team for making our stay so special

We were absolutely fine with everything! But for those looking for an absolute silence the music from 17:00-22:00 coming from the lounge bar downstairs might be a bit disturbing (heard with an open windows). BTW: We recommend to have some nice Aperol Spritz at the bar ;)

Loud - our room above the bar that blares music out til 10pm then guests drink outside til past midnight Rude - staff (aside from one you g girl who was lovely) rude dismissive unfriendly They put us in one room then told us it was the wrong room moved us to another one / telling us they were pissed off as they had to clean the room again No apology given assured the new room boccette bar would be quiet - the music is so loud you may as well be in the bar When I raised it no apologies just rude

location 2 min walk from the lift, super clean and large room, sauna, staff was nice, breakfast was amazing, nice little hotel in a very cute city with beautiful views of the dolomites

the bar is nice but music was too loud and really not my taste. i think it would be better if they made it more like a wine or lounge bar

We had a great stay at Ciasa Verena. Excellent location, easy parking, delicious breakfast and very kind owners! During our 5 day stay, I had a bike accident. The owners went out of their way with help and care, including transporting our luggage from Corvara to Merano (2 hour each way)! We are ever so grateful!

The hosts are possibly the happiest people ever. The little restaurant bar is lively with fun music and atmosphere. It was a very simple and easy place to stay.

The staff are wonderful, the hotel is clean, trendy, well eqipped and the food is excellent. We'll be back for sure.

The hosts are awesome, super nice, welcomed us with Prosecco and speck and even gave us a bottle of the house Prosecco as a goodbye gift. Everything a 10.

Only thing you must be aware is the church which is quite noisy early in the morning.

Excellent breakfast, very clean room, we had a room with the balcony and view to the Sassongher - I reccomend this type of room. Since we were there in the time with the potential COVID situation, I respect their consistence in prevention measures, so we could feel completely safe.
