Location was perfect, super close to the beach, supermarkets, bars & restaurants, the Golden Mile. Super clean, appreciated that a lot. Nice balcony with ocean and palm trees views.

No air-conditioning

One of the most well-equipped apartments we've been in. The location was great as well - a bus stop and a big supermarket right outside of the building.

Apartment had everything we needed and more .

Access to pool was by key and sign in at reception. Really wasn't required when we visited in march.

The host Lorenzo was very polite and prompt on are arrival . He was very efficient with any help or questions we had. The apartment was very clean and had every thing you needed on hand. Its in an excellent location. Shops bars supermarkets all on the door step. We would definitely go again and stay in lorenzos apartment ..Thankyou Linda Chris

Lorenzo, the host was great - very helpful and accommodating and welcoming; the bed and the pillows were super comfortable; the balcony had a nice view and had a rack to hang your clothes on, which was quite useful; there was a large smart TV with Netflix (a huge plus); the apartment itself was fully equipped with everything you needed from an over to a kettle, pots and pans, knives; the air conditioning worked great; the receptionist at the desk was nice and helpful; the building was close to grocery stores and bus stops and no too far from the beach either.

It's quite noisy until about 1am - the bus stop is right in front of the building and there is a bar across the road. But it's quiet at night, so it was bearable. The shower could have been a bit cleaner, or maybe not cleaner but upgraded.

the location was excellent for me & Lorenzo was helpful & obliging. The apartment had everything I needed for the short stay & local amenities were ideal too.

There was nothing I can think of that disappointed me enough to mark the apartment down.

Great location. Close to bars and restaurants. Lorenzo was helpful and welcoming. He allowed us to stay in the property up until our pickup time which wasn’t until 4pm. He also helped me sort out Netflix 😂

would have preferred a sunnier balcony but I would imagine it would be in the evening during the height of summer.

Nice apartment with a very friendly host. He was there on time to hand me over the keys and show me everything. Very clean apartment and the kitchen was fully stocked. Also a large fridge and a modern washing machine available. You have your own high-speed internet connection in the room available. Room is in a secured area/building with a (I guess) 24/7 receptionist.

It's fairly close to a large street. If you leave the window open, you hear the traffic. On the positive, in the night there barely is any traffic, also the balcony is away from the street and silent.

The apartment is kept in a perfect state and Lorenzo is a very friendly host. Moreover, the facility is equipped with literally anything you might need during your vacation, including beach equipment and cosmetics.

Really well prepared apartment. Close to the beaches, with parking place included, the apartment was in a good shape - looked like freshly renovated, everything was clean, also very good communication with Lorenzo who was overseeing the place. Plus great view from balcony onto the ocean. I can recommend it to anyone going to the Tenerife!

The property was brilliantly equipped, very clean and had a beautiful view of the sea.

Good place for staying in Las Americas. Everything is clean and comfortable. The area has private parking.

The only problem I experienced was that the appartment owners were not the most decent people. My trip may have been completely canceled due and I was requesting a full / partial cancellation refund. The owners did not want to enter my position in any way, although there were about 10 days left before settling. Just keep it mind that it is better not to book this place in advance.

Lorenzo is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment has anything you can ask for and location is perfect. From the apartment you can easily walk to any beach from Los Christianos all the way to Fanabe. The view is amazing and everything is very convenient. Great supermarket just across the road and not far from anything.

I really have no complaints.

It is very nice apartment with amazing view and a lot off stuf in the kitchen. We were happy there almost like at home. Lorenzo is very friendly and helpfull
