Location was good

Breakfast has very limited options like eggs or fruit salad, Doesn't have air conditioner, somedays were very hot during the day and very cold at night. All the socket were in US design only. The Safe was blocked and couldn't use it. The reservation was for 1 person however the room i got was with three separate beds, even when joining 2 beds together to be a size of queen bed size, the room service separates them again. I had to pay extra taxes on the check-in above the value determined on the booking. And i couldnot cancel the reservation because it was guaranteed with my credit card.

Had an issue in the room but was upgraded to a different room immediately, great view and location. Stayed on the 4 th floor

Always a favorite for us, it has great location, good breakfast, the room is big, comfortable and spacious. Staff is nice and very helpful.

In this time we only got 1 towel for the bathroom (for 2 people in the reservation). A very minor problem, easily fixable, otherwise it was perfect.

The room was excellent and the location was incredible. It's literally the closest place to stay to both convention centers. Also the staff was very kind and there was a tasty breakfast!

Staff went above and beyond to assist, room was very comfortable, safe area, hot showers, good internet! For the price I was quite impressed with the rooms and the service! Gym and free breakfast is a nice addition.
