A not nice smell in the house when entering...fortunately not in the room.

We had booked 2 nights in this appartment but at our arrivaltime the keys were not there, apparently they coudn´t reach the cleaning lady. After waiting for the keys for !3 hours! in Strasbourg they told us they were not sure if they would receive them that day so they gave us an other appartment and made it sound like an upgrade. They said it is bigger and we would not need to pay for it, sounded ok for us after waiting this long. But the place was dirty and really not what we payed for. It was some persons appartment with all their personal belonings inside. The matress hat lots of stains, the water heater was dirty, theirs was no coffee and no soap. The next day we changed to a hotel, the company was not helping at all, we didn´t get our second night (that we didn´t spend here refunded). I would deffinetly not recommand a stay with them, super caotic and not helpful, nor understanding. In 10 years i am travelling with booking and this never happend to me!

Really thought about everything. Comfy bed. Used the space really well and good value for money. Great location. Host seemed lovely even though we never met (self check-in).

Couple of minor issues stopped the full marks. Parking price wasn’t clearly mentioned or we weren’t directed to the best parking and it ended up costing us €88 for 2 days 🙁 A washing machine would have been great and would mean that you would be able to be completely self-sufficient. Shower flooded. Was ok for a short stay. Would have been problematic if longer.
