Quiet clean room. Courteous staff. Spacious room. Ease of TV use. Bathroom lighting. Interesting hall carpeting which was quiet and make wear and stains invisible. Ease of temperature control. Great shuttle service with friendly drivers. All staff I encountered appeared to be highly trained.

Room lighting was poor. Bathroom tile appeared to be dangerous for slipping when wet / damp. Visible mildew. Waste of water waiting for it to heat up. Hard to tell which lotions were soap / conditioners. Hidden fridge from which I forgot to remove things I had put in to cool. Switches on lamps were not easily found. Restaurant was abysmal. Restaurant service was quite good but quality was terrible. It was more a bar than restaurant. Loud and noisy with poor acoustics. I had rib eye steak which was little thicker than boiled ham and devoid of taste. Accompanied by frozen French fries which were mercifully peeled. It all looked great on first glance. Not sure if I was credited with Sheraton points. No pool which I thought I had entered on my screening criteria. I knew I would have to pay for the convenience of Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel but would have paid this price for this very aged property.

Suited my purpose of getting off a long flight and staying at the nearest location to the airport.

Long walk and confusion to find Gate8 for the shuttle bus.

Service at the hotel lounge was beyond excellent. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight if needed between flights.

The dinning staff was very professional and friendly. The receptionist kindly allowed us to stay an hour extra before checking out. Toiletry set was fantastic. Had everything needed.

Lorsqu'on a peu de temps entre deux vols, c'était parfait! Service rapide de la navette, accueil courtois et rapide. Chambre très propre. Petit dépanneur au RC qui a tout pour nos besoins de dernières minutes

Our stay was excellent. We could rest well after a long travel by plane.

Everything was good and I have no complaints. Just the tap water in the washroom doesn't have hot water.

I was told my Booking.com payment wasn’t accepted and they too charged my account. So I ended up paying twice!

L'endroit est parfait pour un arrêt avant notre retour vers Ottawa. Le lit est très confortable. De plus le restaurant est très bien avec un personnel exceptionnel.

The shuttle stops was right under our room. Although we were on the 5 th floor it sounded like it was parked next to the window. As it runs 24 hours a day it was a little noisy

The location is perfect. The shuttle works round the clock every 30 minutes. The luggage help was great.

To get hot water you need to run the shower for 5 minutes. And keep it running!

le petit déjeuner vraiment cher pour un petit déjeuner continental avec seulement un mini mais mini croissant, a la place d un toast, des fruits et un yaourt ...tout ca pour un montant de 19$ sans taxes ..un peu abusé!!!!!

Loved the comfy beds. We really appreciated the restaurant being open until 11 pm. Free airport shuttle every half hour.

Restaurant and room were pricey for what we got.

The shuttle service is too laid back, considering that it's an airport hotel, and people generally stay there for travel purposes. The shuttle service is not functioning on time and is inconsiderate of customers' time and travel needs, especially for catching flights. I had to wait for the shuttle for an hour because the driver didn't stop at door 8, simply because he was not patient enough to find parking and went past the gate, right in front of me, because other cars and shuttles were parked at the door 8. I had to catch the same shuttle after another half an hour of wait. All this after 30 hours of traveling, when you just want to reach your hotel and rest. The same thing happened in the morning when I had to catch my flight at 6. 30 am. The shuttle was delayed and there was no space for everyone's luggage in the shuttle.

Being out in a room half way to Montreal - such a king walk. Phone in room didn’t work. People in room next door partying and playing TV on max volume all through the night. Did not sleep at all!

Je n’en suis pas revenue de devoir payer 23$ de stationnement pour ma voiture. Quand je dors une nuit à l’hôtel, je m’attends à ce que mon stationnement soit inclus, du moins quand l’hôtel est à l’extérieur du centre-ville.
