The bed was great; bathroom was clean; staff were friendly; parking was accessible and an attendant from the hotel monitors the lot so I felt safe walking at night from car to lobby

The floor in room was not well cleaned (could see debris here and there - looked like someone gave the vinyl plank flooring a 'quick mop'); the conditioner dispenser was completely empty; the soundproofing was terrible - I was kept awake for a few hours due to a lady hacking and coughing in the next room...it sounded like she was in my bathroom.

The room was nicer than the last time I stayed here.

I asked them to charge my Mastercard, and she took the card and all the information, yet still credited my debit card. The breakfast is terrible. I ended up having to pay 16$ for a bowl of yogurt.

The location was perfect for my work; the breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly at this hotel. It was very clean and the location was perfect. Shopping mall just across the road and very close to bars and restaurants. The pool was spacious and clean and also had a jacuzzi.

The only thing I could say was that our room looked a little dated. It was quiet a dark room but that's not a major problem.

The main lobby was very nice, the restaurant and bar were very comfortable.

It wasn’t the location itself, but the atmosphere downtown was not great at night, didn’t feel very safe walking to your vehicle. Also wasn’t a fan of the parking situation. Having to pay $5-$10 everytime you wanted to leave and come back adds up over time if you don’t want to park on the street (which is almost impossible to find a spot down town

Location meant I could park my car and not have to worry about downtown parking. Clean room. Comfy bed.

Someone was partying & they were quite loud, sounded like they were in our room.

Good, no gluten free the second day. Waiter and waitress very good and friendly. Fresh fruit and pastries for those who could eat them. Unlimited coffee!

Bath towels smelt like smoke. Requested and got clean towels.

The breakfast items weren’t as hot and fresh as what I would expect. As well, the hot tub wasn’t available (which would have been nice if we were notified prior to arrival).

Sad to see many homeless people in area. The windy street made walking area not always comfortable, although early morning was very nice when wind calmed down.

perfect location for shopping and seeing a show at TCU place. the elevators were nice and fast. room was spacious and clean.

beds and pillows not the comfiest. pool is dated and feels run down.

Breakfast was great and Andrew was awesome!!!

There was a gentleman in the restaurant who was obviously mentally unstable and touched every container on the buffet!! He made many of the patrons uncomfortable!!!
